Taco Casa

We were visiting OKC for the day and stumbled on this place. It did not disappoint!!! So fresh and delicious. I would definitely go back.

I love this place. The Best fast food tacos out there. Loads of fresh shredded cheese, hefty portion of all beef (not greasy) filling, fresh lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream and the shells are always so fresh and crispy. Corn or soft or crispy light flour tortillas. I’ve been obsessed, eating here at least twice a week for the past few months. The store is immaculate, which is rare for a fast food place next door to a high school. Always fresh and consistent food and great service.

Love the chili burgers (no onions in recipe) may have had 3 hungry dogs in car w/ me, that assisted in eating my lunch. Nowadays $2.50 good price for anything & was able to feed 3 people & 3 dogs for about $30 which was wonderful. The women through the drive through were so sweet, & enjoyed the dog show respectfully (didn't get too close or try to touch my pitties).

I usually order crispy tacos with meat and cheese - no lettuce and they don't skimp on toppings AT ALL. My tacos are always filled to the top.

Other places I sometimes have to pay extra for more cheese and/or meat just for it to halfway fill the taco, if even.

The flavor of the taco is nice and they don't immediately get soggy.

My one note would be that the warm sweet tea melts the small ice super fast so the tea gets watered down very fast. I've learned to order with no ice. The tea is great though! So is 'the good ice' aka small chewable ice. They just don't go good together ahaha.

We went thru the drive thru earlier today and were impressed at how the Manager, James, was outside working 2 busy lines of drive thru traffic just to confirm everyone was getting what was ordered and that enough sauce and napkins were in each bag. From what we could tell, there was no particular reason for this business to be as busy as it was on a Tuesday morning (albeit approaching noon). It was clear, as always, that the food would be excellent but that on THIS day, James was going the extra mile to meet each of his patrons coming thru in their cars! We will definitely be back! Love Taco Casa! Stay HYDRATED, James!

Love the real meat and shredded cheddar. They could improve the atmosphere but the service was great. The taco light is my favorite and love the enchiladas. The nachos are nasty. The chips need to change and the beans were gross.

Everyone there is so nice and so helpful and very very friendly. Treat you like family that's for sure. You want something quick easy and actually reasonable price this is the place you need to go guys.

Good food, clean as whistle, good people! Manager showed me their kitchen and as a chef for 30 yrs, I totally appreciate a VERY CLEAN kitchen, saw what they use and the ingredients are real and cooked properly, was impressed!

Ordered 6 soft tacos 3 regular and 3 no meat. The guy on the speaker said he would have the total at the window. Now, I know why he charged me more money for no meat and rushed me out as fast as he could. For the extra $2.07 he made, he is getting a bad review. I don't think the owner will appreciate what you did. At least do not use deception. Tell me up front. I would have ordered the chilada. But now I am outraged 😠 😡 very unhappy.

Taco Casa is an enjoyable place to eat. I've never had any issues when eating there. It is next to Norman High School.
So during the student's lunch periods, it is a very busy place.

She was very sweet she made 💯% better.i had funeral that day. Went back a few days later the people where awesome and quick from start to finish. They we where busy none waited properly more 2-4 min pre. Thank you team if casa in Norman on main Street.

James from the TC on Main Street is a 5 star worker! The last two times I stopped by, he was running in and out of the store taking payments and handing out orders with a big smile on his face! We will definitely continue to come back!

For fast food it was quick and fresh. Simple, real ingredients with limited menu items, which we found refreshing. We hit the ‘happy hour’ window from 2-5pm when 5 of their items are only 99 cents. The portion size of the cheaper items was still enormous, just containing less ingredients. Our party of 6 ate for less than $20 and we were all full and satisfied. Our first visit, but we’ll hit them again if we are in an area that has a Taco Casa. I would say though that eating any of these ‘on-the-go’ while driving would be a challenge as they are far larger than even an adult’s hand.

These employees are amazing 😍🤩😍 they need raises! After learning my dad has cancer and being upset 😭 By the news my friend asked me if I had eaten. Of course I had not. We made a last minute run to this place and we were late!. The lobby closed in 5 minutes kinda late and they allowed us to come in order and eat. It was as if they just knew I was having a hard time and they were setting out to make my evening better. Guess what?!?! They succeeded! Thank you to the great staff at the Norman Oklahoma store. I wish I could give you all raises!

Tonight I drove by to grab some dinner and the drive thru was wrapped around the store so I went inside. I was glad I did and was super impressed watching this team. They balanced 10 plus cars, 4 or 5 guests at the front counter and even food delivery services and not any cheese on the floor. IMPRESSIVE. I watched them pack my food and complimented them in the store also. But I have to say as I’m driving down Tecumseh at 50 mph and the 2 deer darted in front of my car my food flipped in a 360
I thought - oh no this will be a mess. PERFECTLY PACKED AND NOT A CHILADA OUT OF PLACE. THANKS so much

Nice cheap eats that taste homemade. Im so glad they sell their Taco Sauce by the bottle now because I was getting tired of hoarding those little packets😄 I have dined in and been through the drive thru several times and the customer service is always on point.

Delicious tacos served hot and tasty. Awesome crew members with very clean facilities and restaurant. Will definitely return!

They have the best taco meat. My husband will pick up tacos drive 20 miles home, and the shell is still crispy not all greasy and falling apart.

The food is always good! The order is usually correct and if it isn’t they are fast and friendly to
Fix it.

This place is better than Taco Bell in terms of food and costs. The staff their are really professional, considerate, and welcoming everyone there deserves a raise🙂
