I go here every day since it's the nearest gas station in walking distance that I can also get a fountain drink at.

They're always nice to me, efficient, and the store is always extremely clean. The few times I've used the restroom here it was also very clean and nothing was out of order.

Josh is such a sweet heart. He greets everyone who comes in and works politely and efficiently! I hope y'all hang onto him because I'll come by this location more just to be served by him.

I came in last night, after 10pm, w my toddler, to get gas & use bathroom. There was a sign on the door that said “bathroom closed at 9pm.” I asked if I could please use bathroom anyway, clerk asked “is it for your kiddo?” I said “honestly, no, I can’t lie, but I really need to use it please!!??!” Clerk said “well ok then, just for you, I’ll make an exception!!”

This has been the 2nd time I’ve ever been to this location; both times, attendants were really sweet and friendly to me. That’s the only reason I’m writing a review: bc I’m sad to read horrible ones, about this precise location, when both experiences were really sweet & pleasing to me.

Cleanliness of the bathroom, however, could’ve been better. I’m not complaining, just being honest, giving constructive criticism, bc I actually really like this location, and know there’s room for improvement. The people working here, and my experiences, have been overall great!!!

And I think it’s courteous, professional, and sweet of you, owner of this location, to reach out to unsatisfied customers, via review replies. Hope your store continues to improve!!! 🥰♥

Cleanest store in Norman! Employees always have a great attitude. The clientele can get a bit on the whiny/trashy side at times, but the staff seem to take a hard stance against shenanigans which makes me feel safer here. I just wish the supply issues would get sorted out, because I can't count on my usual afternoon snack and drink being available.

The guy that was working there this morning was extremely nice

I go here almost every night. Usually treated well buy the young lady and other who work there but anytime between 6 or 10 pm at night when the older white lady is working either a sign up about "be back shortly" or just closed locked doors. I dont know who she is but she acts like she runs the place. She needs to be fired. That's not how you run a store. She is running customers off when we need to buy stuff. There isn't another one around this area either that's close so it makes it real inconvenient when a store is ran like that

Trashed. No hot n ready food. Employees don’t care.

Have had a horrible experience, went in to buy my black n milds like I have for the past about year n half. I ask the price then i say I'll take the whole box an I'm like yeah that should be 29.90 and the employee's go to laugh at me then start to argue with me and tell me I have no idea what I'm talking about. I stop and look around and I'm like uhh the blackn milds have stayed the same price then I kindly say well I've come here for over a year and it has never gone up or down. Then both go to start to argue with me they ring up the whole box and it's 29.90 and then try to say more to me I felt attacked and that's not right don't think I'll ever be going back how sad.

FYI BlacknMilds FT sweet have been 2.99 since they were introduced to Oklahoma at one point they had a limited number of packs for 2.49 but that was way before Casey's was ever around Norman

I was told to leave the parking lot today as they have a “thirty-minute to an hour” time limit on being parked in front of the building. Is that posted? Of course not. Because it’s made up by someone who likes to invite conflict. There *IS* a “No Loitering” sign near the door but my presence hardly met the definition of loitering, namely because I’ve made purchases for gas, drinking water, snacks, or all of the above here every time I have parked here to work (including today). For reference, I travel for work and work out of my car all day long seven days a week when I’m out on the road. I can park in lots of places but I do appreciate being near a bathroom and commodities, and I recognize it would be improper for me to take up space and use facilities without supporting the business offering them, so I do spend money when I park. I value businesses who recognize that I’m causing no harm to anyone and I’m not the kind of person “no loitering” signs are designed to keep away. I won’t be coming here anymore and I hope the gentleman who had just arrived a little before 3 today gets an attitude adjustment.

Card readers on pumps at station in Norman, ok on West Lindsey 2 out 3 times don’t work. You have to go to the counter and wait so they can read card. When it is cold or raining and in a hurry that is the last thing I want to do. Fix the readers and I might come back!

they once had a employee who shot us with a salt gun then will chase us out with a taser, sweating, freaking out like a crazy animal. They never keep it clean and all the workers are rude.

This store is very Nasty.... I went in there today right before school let out and the soda machines were nasty sticky all over the cups all over the counter. Employees at the counter were cussing and talking trash in customers parking in the parking lot to pick up their kids. Overall bad experience. I work in restaurant buisness and this to me is unacceptable.

Says it opens a 5 but its 5:45, nobody in sight and lights off

Out of Mt Dew 2 cups broke as i pulled them out. No hot chocolate out. Guy behind counter useless.
