Kohl's

Very, very nice store — bright and clean. The two sales associates I interacted with were very nice and accommodating. I shouldn’t have been surprised, but this type of customer service is not the norm these days in retail or other types of service. Kohl’s in Norman has trained their staff to provide excellent service and show pride in where they work.

Never been into a Kohl's before. But my mother loves this place though, and when I am lucky enough to spend the day with her, I want to do the things she enjoys. And I can see why she likes it here. From nice fragrances, clothes and housewares. Go check it out.

Easy to find merchandise in neat & clean environment.

Ashley at check out is someone I have seen repeatedly and is always welcoming and helpful. And accurate.
Kelly must be part of management. She always has a big smile and is right there to help.
Either this Kohl's has very good customer service training or a knack for hiring. Excellent team!
Customer service seems to be a faded memory of the past. If you want to buy something, find it yourself and check it out and pay & bag and get OUT!!

I have always found the clothes at Kohls are of very good quality. They have styles suitable for seniors (asI am) at very reasonable price range.

We had some issues with the Khols Cash and how it was credited. Noah handled the situation so well. He was such a great help and so kind. He got everything resolved. The best customer service I have ever had.

This Kohl's was by far the nicest I have been to. What you should expect when shopping at a department store. Lots of displays with items that actually catch your interest.

Kohl’s in Norman is a great store. The associates are helpful and friendly. The store is very clean and well organized. The products are plentiful and displayed quite well.

I always enjoy shopping at Kohl's,the new store atmosphere is so much more comfortable. And the Kohl's cash and coupons are addicting.

I love Kohl's!! I can always find good deals and put coupons on top of that , then they have their Kohl's cash that they so at certain times of the month so you can redeem $10 for every $50 spent. If you're smart you can get really good deals here !

So glad they finally opened a Sephora here! This store is always quick with checkout and has the best associates for the front of main store as well as Sephora.

I was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. They were extremely helpful! The store was clean and neatly arranged. There were all sizes in each style of apparel.

Great clearance sales right now (Feb 2020). Always friendly and helpful staff, clean store, logical layout, with decent quality clothes in a variety of styles.

Ashley is the best cashier I have ever met. She explains everything and you leave lifted up.

Extremely nice staff, very clean store. Did an exchange with items I took the tags off already, no problem. Ask about the credit card but don't push when you say no. Very quick amazon returns.
