My husband and I came to the Norman location to, of course, look at shoes. The salesperson, Ella, came to check on us and helped with great recommendations for a tenny shoe for me. She gave great care and kindness during our shopping experience. We'll definitely return in the future.

Very good selection of clothing in addition to shoes. Allot of brands found in Florida/Alabama coast line they carry! My new go to place in Norman, OK.

I visited the Norman store today to find a pair of shoes. I have MD and it is not fun finding comfortable shoes. BJ, or Bradford was beyond helpful. He listened and knew exactly what would work and they did. The other employees helped find shoes and Jibbitz for my kids. It was such a pleasant experience!! Thank you

Great customer service. I have extra-wide feet. Most ladies width are D. I need more of a men's 2E width. I'd chosen a ladies pair that were uncomfortable. With my receipt & original box, they.quickly swapped the shoes, no questions asked & I was able to find the new pair of shoes that did fit & swap with the pair being returned all within 20 minutes. Great service since I stay extremely busy most day so I'm appreciative of the prompt service even on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Incredible selection of clothes and shoes. Somewhat expensive but not more than what these same brands cost elsewhere. A young lady helped me find the jacket I wanted at the Edmond store and get it shipped to me quickly and efficiently. They don't hover over you or follow you around like at some stores. If I had the money, I might have bought half of the items in the store.

If you want to look like you are about to go on stage and want everyone to envy your trendy look then this is the place to shop.

I found a pair of shoes online, however, the website would not allow me to use store credit as an option. Requiring assistance, I called the Norman location and Lyliana was able to locate the shoes at the OKC location and offered to them shipped to my address. She was friendly and accommodating. Awesome customer service.

I had a very pleasant experience here today. They had a particular brand of shoe I have been looking for. I had a very good salesman. I wish I would have paid closer attention to his name tag. He was not at all pushy in trying to sell me shoes. I told him the brand I was looking for and he took me right to them. He was very knowledgeable about that brand of shoe. He did very well in explaining the arch supports in the shoes. I have flat feet and he told me I made a great decision in the pair of shoes I bought. He told me that the arch support was great for people such as myself with flat feet. I enjoyed my experience here. I intend to come back here for future shoe purchases.

I ordered something online and after reading the product reviews, I decided to cancel my order. I called the store directly since I set up the order for In store pickup and wasn't sure how to go about cancelling. The manager, Daniel, called the company directly to cancel my order and called me back to let me know to expect a refund. Very professional and went above what I expected

Went on the recommendation of a friend to look at KODA shoes. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. And yes, I bought a pair. Extremely comfortable.

I have only shopped here twice as I don't live in the Norman area but I have been impressed both times. Awesome selection and variety and I have had amazing service both times. The first trip the young lady called their OKC location to check for a specific item for me and also specific size. This last weekend, I had the pleasure of Bri's salesmanship and was so blown away. I felt like I'd been shopping with a friend. She gave me honest feedback, listened to what I was looking for and bought items from around the store for me to check out. To top that off, she traced my steps through the store helping me look for my car keys. I look forward to my next visit!

I was in on Christmas Eve for a last minute gift and was helped by Kennedy. She was so kind and so happy and willing to help me with my purchase. I was stressed to be there on Christmas Eve, but she was amazing at her job and I was in and out in no time. Thanks again, Kennedy!

I almost didn't go to Metro Shoe Warehouse today because I pulled up all these online bad reviews. HAPPY I went anyway. It was Saturday and there were lots of shoppers. I was only in the store a minute or two when a friendly sales associate came over to help me. He was really helpful and patient as I took a long time finding just the right shoe. I left store thinking I will be back! and I love my new barefoot sneakers!

First time shopping here and it's a great shop with quality shoes and clothing. The customer service was over the top good. Nathan L. helped me out and was great. Couldn't have of asked for a better experience. I'll be back!

Great store and very friendly staff. They have a wide variety of shoes to choose from and their prices are very comparable to other stores. I have bought a quite a few pairs of shoes here now and am very pleased with the process. Would highly recommend and will be back!

Chase C did a really great job helping me pick out some hiking boots for a trip me and my boyfriend are going on! He is a very informative and knowledgeable employee and has a great demeanor. Put up with us asking a lot of questions! 11/10 customer service experience.
