We had Wakefield Flooring replace our hardwoods this fall and they did beautiful work. They went above and beyond to fix some additional issues caused by other contractors. I recommend them as a rare company who takes tremendous pride in the quality of their work and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right.

We put new hardwood flooring in our house and love it! Wakefield Flooring was easy to deal with and made the process as simple as possible. There was a small issue with the steps and James did his very best to accommodate what we wanted. I would highly recommend using them.

Wakefield Flooring is the only source I go to whenever we need new flooring solutions that I do not intend to lay myself. Whether you are looking for hardwood or carpet, James always delivers on time and on budget and I truly appreciate his willingness to work with me on the best possible deal. His pricing and his customer service have caused us to select him for multiple projects on both hardwood and carpet. I lay my own ceramic tile, but if I did not have that skill I would entrust him with that surface as well. Thanks James, and we will see you the next time we need to update or refinish our floors.

I highly recommend Wakefield for any carpet related project because of the great customer service that they provide. Angel was outstanding with handling a frustrating delivery issue for our project. Installation was 3 weeks late because of a Mohawk operations issue, but Angel turned a negative into a positive and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased as a customer. They did a great job with the installation as well!

The process with this company was seamless! They refinished my existing hardwoods, added new hardwoods and you can’t tell which is which! They answered every question I had, started the job and finished it within their projected time frame. I trusted them completely and knew I would come home to beautiful new floors! I’ve dealt with James and Wakefield flooring on several projects, and the quality of service and work have never let me down. Recently, they did a whole house refinish of oak hardwoods in a 1960’s house, and they were completed on time and looked like new laid hardwoods!! Always my first call!!!

Had a great experience using this company. The owner of the company will actually bring out flooring samples to your home. This is great for people who physically can leave their home. Communication was great with the office and very easy to set everything up. I’m having them are do my mothers bathroom tile floors next week.

We had our entire first floor hardwood flooring sanded, stained and 3X poly with excellent results. We also had oak treads, risers and wrought iron ballisters on stairs along with new Bruce hardwood flooring and new carpet installed on 2nd floor. It has been 7 years and still loiks great. Very thorough company. From start to finish. The owner James prevented me from making a horrible decision. Another business made their cost the same for LVP as wakefield flooring. When I looked at the estimate the product was 3 mm less in thickness than wakefield floorings estimate. So I got a far superior product for a great price with a warranty. The first company not only offered thinner flooring but the thinner flooring didn’t come with a warranty. I’m sold!!!

My wife and I came in here not really expecting to find anything we could afford, but we ended up falling in love with a vinyl plank from a local company that turned out to be very reasonably-priced. We were ambitious (or dumb) enough to install the flooring ourselves, and both Angel and James were extremely helpful when I called with questions.
