Best Western Town & Country Inn

The inn is in a very safe location, the amenities are excellent, and breakfast was Great.

If you are passing through it's a good stop for the night. The one negative, room cleaning and maintenance could be better(3 stars); The shower was dirty and the doors needed replacement. Why did I give it 5 stars in the end , front door staff attitude and common amenities were excellent. This is such a convenient place and even with the farthest rooms it's quite easy to access all the fitness center, pool, lobby and dining within a 2 minute walk. This is an older venue, but owners seem to have invested well in onsite offerings. Great for business travelers.

I've never been so excited to write a review about a hotel. This is a very nice hotel, for the price and the quality you cannot beat it. The staff is very friendly the check-in is simple, and the room was very clean and very well-kept.

I will definitely be staying here again on my route when I visit family and friends. I did make the mistake however, of forgetting my shampoo and conditioner, so I did use theirs. The brand they chose is very nice, but the bottles are so small, that when my hands were slippery with soap, the bottle went flying over the top of the shower, right into the sink.

I did feel safe here traveling alone the parking is well lit, and the spaces are wide. I don't know about their pet policy because I didn't have any, so you'll have to check on that on your own.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast had a variety of different options. It was very good.Maria and the other ladies were very nice and are doing a great job keeping this place nice and clean. Dont hesitate to reserve a room. You wont regret it!

My wife and I had stayed at this hotel on a recent roadtrip and had a great experience. We had plans to stay again when passing through the area. However, when something disrupted our plans, Chis was very kind as we spoke on the phone. Thank you BW for making our trip great!

We had the king suite room and the price was great for the size you get! Front desk was friendly and quick, room was very clean (thank you Hilda, per the card left on the desk), beds are comfortable, and we walked just a few blocks to an amazing gourmet pizza place called Centro Woodfired Pizza. If you’re into Thai, on our way to the pizza place we passed a Thai restaurant that smelled absolutely delicious, but we already had our heart on a great salad and pizza. We weren’t disappointed and would definitely stay here again!

Great rooms even better breakfast. They serve CHORIZO POTATOES for breakfast and they bring out fresh salsa. Idk if it's because of the nice Mexican ladies working there or just a best Western thing but it was the best hotel breakfast I've had since the 90s.

Clean and comfy! Breakfast was definitely lacking, but the stay was good. Nice pool and horrible area.

The service was good. Salad bar had many choices. The steaks were great. Didn't know Sizzler restaurants were still open, glad this one was

We were not planning to stay the night anywhere as we were heading home from California. The weather was so bad that they had to close the freeway down. We had to fine something quick as it was about 5pm or so. We had stayed in s Best Western in California and were so happy with it. As my husband pulled into the nearest hotel, I pulled up the Best Western app, which I had never used before. I quickly added my info then booked a room. I was able to confirm right away so I went and pulled my husband out of the long line for a more expensive hotel and we drove over to Best Western. The poor front desk clerk was all alone and completely swamped as well, but he handled it so well. Since we had already booked online check in was super quick. Our room was so much nicer than we even expected and it was super clean. We were so happy! While I am sure many other people were still trying to book rooms somewhere, my husband and I played in the pool and hot tub. In the morning we were again pleasantly surprised with the large choice of yummy breakfast items. I had potatoes with chorizo, a waffle, fresh fruit and delicious yogurt. It was way more than I should have eaten, but it was just too yummy! We have decided with all the times we have been disappointed at other hotels, even when they weren't busy, we will only book Best Western from now on. Great job guys!

Off the bat the staff was courteous and helpful. The lobby clean and inviting. I Love their new fireplace display. The rooms were well laid out and updated with all the best amenities. Tv system, electronics charging and work station. Shower pressure excellent. Love the location, within walking distance to fine dining and downtown shops. Full hot breakfast was well put together with all my favorites. Check out was quick and painless. What more could you ask for?

Front desk employees very welcoming.. Very clean. Maid was very attentive. Anything needed she was on it. Very pleasant and friendly. Swimming 🏊‍♂ area and jacuzzi was clean with fresh towels. It was great stay.. Breakfast was very good.. Everything was fresh and ladies there were very friendly and made you feel at home.. Thanks Best Western.

They're beds are so comfortable. The pool is always the perfect temperature. My favorite place to stay in Cedar City...

Cleanest room I've ever seen for a budget friendly motel. Very nice.

The best part is that the room is so well laid out. There is plenty of room to move about, and I particularly appreciated the good-size writing desk with a lamp and plenty of plugs for chargers !

Amazing hotel, the guy at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. I had an allergic reaction at a nearby restaurant and when i rushed up to the front desk and grabbed the allergy medication they were selling he didn't question it and he got me a bottle of water too. Great experience, I definitely recommend staying here. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast could have had more selection, but other than that it was great!

Aubrey was very understanding and helpful when we forgot something when reserving our room and had to get a different room when we arrived. Room was clean (Rosa Velez from housekeeping did a wonderful job.)
This is probably the best night's sleep I've ever gotten in a hotel. It was very quiet even for memorial day weekend, the bed and pillows were more comfortable than the ones at home, and I'd live here if I could. If you find yourself in southern Utah, this is a solid choice especially for the price!
- seriously want this mattress. I want one. Haha

Edit: only con was the TV. I thought the batteries in the remote were weak but we had them replaced and I still couldn't get the remote to work. I'm not big on TV anyways so this wasn't a big deal to me, but it might be to someone.

We had a bit of a mix up on our reservation (my error) and they were completely booked the night we were to stay. Chris, who was on duty was very apologetic and offered to call other hotels to find us a place. We went back to our car and were deciding what to do when then Chris actually came out to our car and told us they had just had a phone call from someone who was not going to make it into town that night and we could have that room. I don't think a lot of folks would have taken the time to walk outside and it was very appreciated!!! Thank you Chris!!
