Jessica always responded quickly and thoroughly. Gave good advice, but at the same time respected our wishes. Has excellent resources, including legal help when needed. Her photographer was excellent, which likely was the reason for two offers within a few days. She even had our place professionally measured, and immediately updated the online information. Highly recommend.

We were originally working with another realtor until my friend recommended Jess to us. My friend is never wrong with her recommendations, so we went with it. Jess knew that we were on a mission to find a house QUICK due to our lease running out soon. Within 1 day notice, Jess squeezed us into her weekend to look at house. She quickly got the disclosures and everything needed. When we met at the home, I just fell in love! I decided to make an offer on it that second. She made quick moves to get us pre-approved for the loan and linked us up with Sherry from North State bank. Sherry got us a pre-approval letter within 1hr and Jess made the offer. After some negotiations, the owners accepted our offer by the next day! Jess walked us through all the next steps. This all happened so quickly, but she was always SO prepared. It’s crazy to think how many things she is probably juggling at one time.. but you can’t tell because she is always so on point and focuses on you. Without her recommending Sherry, we would be paying hundreds more per month in mortgage payment BTW!! At the closing they gave us a goodie bag and a personalized sign for our new home! I can’t believe how QUICK, EASY, PAINLESS this whole process has been! Jess has a LOT of local connections by the way and helps you find great deals with local reputable companies. I am SO thankful to my friend for recommending her to us. I can’t imagine how messy things would’ve been without her help! I would absolutely use Jess in the future, and will contact her any time I need a reputable company because I just trust her judgment & references THAT much. She is the REAL DEAL! Thank you Jess!!
