Great customer service! Grayson, Dustin, and Mahmoud were very friendly and helpful! My car was covered in bird poop and they let me go through the car wash twice second time at no charge to make sure it got all off! I really appreciated that!

ZIPS is great! Dustin was very helpful in getting my car cleaned after birds really messed it up. I’m appreciative of his amazing customer service and the tools available to clean the inside of your car after going through the wash.

Every visit here has been great from the staff to the service. I’m amazed at how clean my car gets after every wash. Dave and Dustin do a great job of running this place and it shows! Keep it up!

Nick M was extremely helpful and kind when we were attending to our vehicles, the young man is seasoned at his salesmanship. Very polite and positive attitude.

Showed up here on short notice. I called and they said come on in. I got attended to immediately. Everyone is very friendly and made me comfortable with all of the conversation while you wait. They were pretty quick cleaning my car, but paid very good attention to detail. Haven’t seen my car so clean and what it feels like years. Prices are super good considering most of the places in the area are very expensive for the quality job. They did a very good job and I will definitely be coming back again! Five star work, five star staff!

Very impressed with first few times through here. Nice convenience with the microfiber towels and window cleaners. I highly recommend wiping down your car/truck after. Improves the performance and super convenient. I was a doubter but I'm highly impressed so far.

Best car wash I’ve ever seen. They have glass cleaner, leather softener, towels, and air freshener at every station. And, big thanks to Jace who helped shine my car. Memberships are reduced and a great deal. Thx!!

Their car wash is great. The vacuums that I've used all work very well and they have the air blasters to get the vents and tight spots. The parking/ cleaning area is clean and the employees were friendly.

Best Car Wash In The Area! My truck is always spotless when we come through the auto wash! I never need to buy cleaning products to keep at home because they supply everything for detailing my truck after the wash. I make a special trip once a week to Holly Springs to use this station. If you need anything just ask everyone is so helpful!

Wash is amazing! Always love the free vaccums! Of all the places I have been they have the best selection of free cleaners and rags to wipe your car down.

I absolutely Love, Love, Love this place. This is the very best place that I have gone to as a car wash were you can ride through without a membership and pay to get your car cleaned. I prefer the Force Fill for $25 and you get all of the dirt and debris off alongside being able to drive through and park to finish cleaning the interior, exterior, and mats. This is a phenomenal place to come to clean your car! I Highly recommend this to anyone.
One last thing the Staff is Exceptional. The most funny thing once My young teenager and I am finished he looks up at his Mom to see all of the sweat pouring down my face and we both start laughing. We both know that we have worked really hard in cleaning our car.

I came to Zips Express to get my car washed and gentleman by the name of Nick M. was very friendly and helpful in recommending to me the $18 car wash. I was able to take advantage of this since my car is 11 years young plus I did not have any scratches or hard Knicks on my vehicle. I washed my car and vacuumed it out only to discover that my car did not start afterwards. I went into the office and explained my situation and Preston, and both Nick's helped me to get a jump. Preston had jumper cables and was so kind and helpful in getting her started. They all went above and beyond to help me to get on my way. I am so grateful for those three gentleman in assisting me on today. Nick M. gave me some great advice on checking possibly the spark plugs as I take my vehicle in the morning to get serviced.
Zips did a fantastic job on my vehicle and the three amigos all came to my rescue. Preston, Nick M, and Nick C. you all did a fantastic job in helping me.

My car lives underneath two beautiful oak trees. It gets dirty really bad. I took my car for the cheapest car wash. It did somewhat a job. But all the months parked underneath the oak trees there was a thick layer of dirt/grim on the roof of the car. Dave walked up to me and asked if my car went through the car wash. I replied yes and I am okay with the results. (My mission was to clean the interior and I achieved it. The car wash supplies abundant towels and different cleaning solutions.) Dave told me to hop in the car and to go through the car wash again. He used the power pressure and sprayed the thick layer of grim off of my roof. He didn't had to do it but he did. The grim is gone! The folks at the car wash are truly amazing and they go for the full nine yards. I highly recommend you get your car clean there.

It was my first time using this facility. I was pleasantly surprised by how enthusiastic and helpful the staff was. Dave did an awesome job helping me get started with my car wash. He is very energetic and he has a great sense of humor! He made me laugh and his personality instantly changed my mood! I went in on a busy Saturday, the facility was very clean and all vacuums were working properly! The car wash cleaned my car very well! There were clean towels and plenty of cleaning supplies available for me to detail my car. I would highly recommend this car wash to anyone in the area in need of a car wash. Excellent customer service!
