I am truly impressed by the exceptional care provided by the staff at this location last night. Our 4-year-old daughter had fractured her arm, and we urgently needed medical attention. The team, including the lady at the front desk, Nurse Stevenson, and Dr. Carrie, exceeded all expectations.

The lady at the front desk ensured a smooth process, making us feel welcome and at ease.
Nurse Stevenson’s compassion and expertise were evident as she attended to our daughter.
Dr. Carrie went above and beyond, staying after hours to wait for the x-ray results. Her commitment to timely care was remarkable.
It’s true that in most industries, it’s the people who truly make a company great. The staff at this location exemplified excellence.
And the icing on the cake? Dr. Carrie even followed up the next day to check on our daughter’s well-being. Such dedication is rare and deeply appreciated.

We love Dr. Palm. She takes as much time as the child needs, listens to them, and addresses each issue clearly. She is truly one of the most kind and professional physicians we have ever come across. We moved outside the metro a few years and still drive over an hour to see her.

Great clinic! Both times I’ve needed them, I’ve been able to get in on the same day within just a few hours, even. I really love that it’s a pediatric walk-in clinic specifically.

We saw the nurse practitioner, Kyle McCall and she was honestly amazing. She (and the rest of the staff) listened as I explained symptoms I was seeing in my 19m old son and feeling a little bit crazy or paranoid. He ended up having Hand, Foot, Mouth and she reassured me she would much rather have a mother bring a child in and nothing be wrong, then to assume everything is fine and it be something real. I’d absolutely go to this location again, despite it being 30 mins from me, if necessary! I was very impressed overall.

I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. The staff was very nice and the doctor and nurses were friendly. The doctor went over all my needs and was very knowledgeable about everything and made sure I got taken care of in every way. Great place if you want a nice friendly environment that takes care of your medical needs!😊

Dr. Palm is amazing! She has taken such good care of my foster and adopted children over the last 4 years! She listens, uses her knowledge and caters to what’s best for the child. She is not a cookie-cutter doctor who pushes whatever the drug rep just dropped off. She also thinks ahead when it comes to if something doesn’t work, what will we try next. My kids love her! My 4 year often plays doctor and will say she is Dr. Palm- cutest thing ever!

Wonderful just wonderful place to bring your children. All staff is always very nice friendly and very very professional. Check in is so smooth and easy. The check in wait room is always clean and comfortable. Once in the back everyone welcome you in. This place is always super clean. My daughter loves going to the Doctor because they are so caring here. From check up, sick walk in, or shots they make kids comfortable and not afraid of doctors office. Proud of all staff at this location. North may.

Such a great office! Everyone is so friendly, and helped my baby feel safe, secure and as calm as possible! I truly enjoyed myself and my daughter is smiling, because she had a pleasant visit!

Every staff member was top notch from the girls at the front desk to the doctor. Felt very comfortable with everyone there. Didn’t feel rushed and they looked over every inch of my 2 month old thoroughly. Doctor and nurses were also very friendly and took time to play and communicate with baby. Baby was smiling and laughing at appointment. They also made sure questions were answered even if I couldn’t think of any at the moment. I highly recommend JKP

I was very impressed with Karen Smith. She seemed very knowledgeable and gave me her full attention and she really heard what I said and was not just agreeing with me. I will definitely go back to her.

10/10 recommend!!!.. the only reason I wouldn't recommend Sarah palm is bc I don't want to share her!! My kids love her!! 10/10 we have followed her for almost 10 years now!!

Kyle is the absolute sweetest! She has taken care of my baby a couple of times and I have been extremely pleased with her knowledge and sincere care. I would highly recommend her and will be returning when my children are in need of urgent and routine care.

I recently changed providers and the first time we visited JKP, we met with Carrie Hubert, APRN. She is absolutely the best healthcare provider my kids have seen so far! She is extremely knowledgeable and I just love how caring she is towards my kiddos.

She is a problem solver and I'm just happy we found someone we can trust. She is amazing at what she does!

Karen Smith APRN was really wonderful and even though they was very busy she made sure I was completely comfortable and all my needs and questions were met . My first time meeting was so fast I can truly say they are one of the best pediatrician and or PCP providers I've ever experienced I would recommend anybody she's that good☺ Thank you for being great at what you do for people

Had my 5th and last baby. Of course all my children see Dr. Palm. My premature by 4 weeks and some days saw Dr. Palm today and she was a joy as always. Very efficient and as informative as ever. Love her.

Chelsea is absolutely amazing! She is very genuine. Chelsea is so sweet and caring. She listens to the parents concerns and always answers any questions you have very thoroughly. Chelsea is who I recommend to everyone!
