OnCue #114

On Cue has large clean bathrooms and coffee which is fresh any hour I have ever visited. I wish they sold local papers like The Black Chronicle. And the people setting out the stuff on the rollers need to not be working the cash register while they do that. Most staff is direct, courteous and helpful. Gas prices are decent. But people park at the air station and block other ppl using it which is so not cool.

Nice store. They seem to keep their roller items stocked better than the other stores. Store is always clean and the workers there are very nice. They carry real gas and 85% ethanol and 10% ethanol gas.

Only downside is sometimes getting out of there can be difficult due to traffic.

The evening staff (10/22/23) greeted me as I entered, handled my transactions quickly and we even joked a little. 5 star customer service and experience!

They have 100% gas. Their pumps accept most major fleet fuel cards. The large open parking lot makes it easy to find a place to park and maneuver around. The big clean restrooms have motion activation sensors so you don’t have to touch anything. Not even a door! Open walkways without doors lead into the restrooms like most Walmart restrooms. They have a nice selection of hot and cold food items. I love their plastic to go containers with lids for their hotdogs. Way better than 7 eleven cartons / tubs. They always have multiple checkers on staff so one does not have to wait long to check out.

OnCue is always good because they're CLEAN. A new 7-eleven will open up and will look like trash in less than a year.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I feel as if this review was warranted!!! In the past, I was a die-hard 7-Eleven customer, but since the switch from the Browns to corporate, I am not a fan!!

That being said, the OnCue at 150th and May...they're doing things right!!! I believe it's the GM, Jarrod, I could be wrong, but he and his team are so freaking friendly and kind! There's another manager, Jacob, he is literally the sweetest and most professional young man I've ever encountered!!! I don't care about Casey's, Buccee's, or (this new 7-Eleven), OnCue will always be the number one choice for my family and I!!!

By far one of the best OnCues out there!! Friendly staff, everyone is always smiling and laughing, and the store is always super clean. Plus, it always smells so nice, I'm convinced that there's a candle warmer somewhere because it usually smells like lavender upon entering! Oftentimes, people only submit reviews when they're angry or are looking to complain about something, but it's nice for people to hear when they're doing well AND this location is doing well!!!

I have been to this OnCue multiple times this week, and each time I have been helped by Kearra. She is very friendly, always smiles and is quick to help. The customer service is always great at this location, in my experience.

Jarod is the store manager....which leads his crew with excellence....I stop by his store every day on my lunch...whether it be Jarod ,Richard. Or any of the the other crew members im greeted with a smile and a willingness to assist ...the bathrooms are always clean. I enjoy going to this particular location, its part of daily routine...Great customer service..great atmosphere...Jarod and his morning crew need to be recognized for their customer service skills...#kudos to Jarod...your #1 customer ..Yo...

Always clean and friendly folks! Snacks are bit on the pricey side but hey, it is a gas station what else to expect!

Their drive through is awesome!

Clintaze in the drive-through was super accommodating, very kind, and quick to get our order for us. I tried to give him a tip, but he said no because he’s not allowed to. What an honorable employee.

Love love love this location!!! I frequent OnCue at 150 and May and it is definitely one of my favorite locations. Always clean, employees are super helpful and friendly, and the overall vibe is simply amazing. I'm an OnCue fanatic and I really appreciate what they do for the community! This location used to be hit or miss, but as of late, it has been true to what I expect from OnCue! Not sure what has changed, BUT to whomever is running things keep up the good work!

It is crazy how ridiculously busy this place is basically all the time, and at the same time it stays clean, smells nice, and the staff are always the first to say hello and last to say goodbye. Dope spot even if it's just for gas. Jarrod really has the place feel like more than a gas station.

Fantastic store. The police around are kind, and kearra meticulously cleans, will continue to come here. The staff seem to have good cohesion.

Best oncue i've ever been too. Staff are great. Never out of the things I love. The restrooms stay clean! What more could you ask for from a convenient store!

When I walked in there today, it smelled so refreshing. Jarrod and his employees know how to keep their store a pleasant experience for their customers. Great store!!

Drove through and met Leslie, who was amazing!! Making sure her people have a good experience. It was so nice to see and be a part of!

the bathrooms are very clean and well kept everything is always in stock and all the machines always work I love the amount of pumps they have and they have nice employees

Haye when I have 4 or 5 items and they ask if I need a bag. Yes I need a bag . Don't be lazy
