He was great, my thermostat wiring was pretty challenging. He troubleshooted the issue and was able setup my smart thermostat. I appreciate his explaining everything step by step and letting me know of things that may become an issue in the future with my ac system as a whole. I had an excellent experience. 10 out of 10, would recommend!!

Matt was awesome. He came and had a quick solution to the problem with my crawl space dehumidifier. The problem was not with the dehumidifier but with the sensor and remote monitor. He went out, got a new one and came back to install it. His troubleshooting skills are excellent and he sticks around to make sure the job is done right. Great Job!

Having an older home comes with expensive upkeep, so it was no surprise when 2 of my A/C units went out simultaneously. What was a surprise was just how much it was going to cost to repair them! After receiving quotes from another company, I called C & C Myers. They sent James out, and he did an incredibly thorough inspection, taking pictures of the issues and explaining in detail to me what was going on. Once we determined what needed to be repaired and replaced, James then took the time to help set up financing for me, which is the only was I was able to do the repairs at that time. James and David came back out to the home, installed the new equipment, and thoroughly checked and rechecked that everything worked well. They were incredibly polite, professional, and caring...it was a wonderful experience!

Technicians showed up and did an inspection of my systems and found a problem. I was aware there was an issue but did not know what it was but they identified it quickly. After discussing the problem with them I elected to have a new downstairs system installed. C&C Myers scheduled the install and with 48 hours a new system was installed. The technicians that did the installation were clean and courteous. They did an excellent job on the install and were done with their work within a few hours. I highly recommend C&C Myers for you HVAC issues.

Our AC wasn't blowing any air at all. C&C Myers quickly sent Joe to help us. He went to the attic and discovered that an electric switch had been turned off. He didn't charge us any additional fees beyond their standard $99 service fee. Joe was respectful, arrived on time, and most importantly, he was honest about the issue and didn't attempt to charge us any extra fees.

I first reached out to C&C Myers as part of my Costco membership. I was contacted in a timely manner and met with Harrison Burke. Harrison was a tech before he moved into a sales role and he knows his stuff. My intention was to replace both of my units and do some upgrades and changes to locations of parts of the system. Not the hardest job but not the easiest either.

After working with Harrison, I signed up and we scheduled the install. It was going to be a very quick turnaround to meet my schedule. Harrison came back out to the house and brought Joey with him. Joey, if memory serves me, is responsible for all of the techs. Joey was very easy to work with and talk to. We had a pretty good plan of attack. I had to do some work to prepare for the team. It was easy enough.

Install day arrives and I meet Zeik and Fits. Two top notch individuals. They executed on our plan and completed the work in the two days needed. They got an assist from Joey on a couple things. It was a bit more than we had originally though from a configuration perspective. The installed called for moving electrical, moving condenser locations, going from an all-in-one to a split and everything involved with that change. The team took their time to make sure things met my satisfaction and that I understood how the new units worked. I was very pleased. There were a couple of things that needed to be finished up early the next week, but they were not keeping me from using the systems. I am confident they would have stayed late and finished but I insisted they could do it later. I had the wrong breaker, so they replaced it for me as part of the package.

The sale manager came by to make sure that I was satisfied, and we had a great conversation about how to best maintain my system as well as what I should expect from a savings perspective. We talked about the potential for rebates and how they would assist me in getting things going.

It’s one thing to work with someone around a new sale. It’s another thing to see how they support you after the fact. As it turns out, there was a small issue with one of the units. I had no idea what the issue was. I placed a service call around 6 am and the C&C team was there early that morning. I think it was by 10 am. They found the glitch and fixed it. It was a configuration from the factory. Everything has been great. And the house has never felt better from both a cooling and heating perspective.

The office team did a great job as well in making sure I maximized my Costco Cash as well as make sure I could pay using multiple cards to maximize my points.

Overall, I feel confident that the money I spent was well worth it. I would hire them again without hesitation. They were professional, easy to work with and made sure I was taken care of.

I recently moved to Charleston and used C&C myers for a halo water system install. Initially there was an issue following the install, I contacted them to review and they went above and beyond to make it right. They sent over their tech Steven, who I highly recommend. Steven was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, timely and professional. I will most definitely will be using their services in the future and recommend Steven and his team to anyone looking for plumbing support.

David was very nice. He did a thorough job going through everything. He found out that the thermostat wasn’t working properly. Since I have American Home Shield warranty I’m going to ask them to fix it.

We were dealing with a split level HVAC system that was not working. We had another company come in and tell us that the entire unit needed to be replaced. David Jackson came to our house and was able to determine that the unit only needed the filter cleaned. Thank you David!

Very knowledgeable! I had 3 companies come and give me quotes, all around the same price, but only C&C went into keen detail on which solution works best for my home and family. They had our best interests at heart as I explained we have loved ones in the home with severe allergies and need something to combat that. Install happened the next day and it went flawlessly. Plumber Steven Ross went above and beyond the call of duty today and helped me find not just one, but two natural gas leaks in my home. Stephen arrived this morning and went straight to work. The first gas leak was a valve in my gas fireplace, which he fixed. Steven then ran several pressure checks and informed me that there was another gas leak in the house. Stephen then spent a lot of time, checking the gas connections to my heating system and my tankless hot water heater. He discovered that the gas valve leak was behind my ELECTRIC range. I had no idea that there was even a gas valve behind the electric range. My guardian angel must’ve sent Stephen to solve these problems.

Stephen was meticulous and extremely professional. I want to thank C&C Myers for sending such a qualified technician to me today. Stephen has my highest recommendation.

Joe L. Installed a digital thermometer to monitor the humidity levels for the installed HVAC/AprilAire dehumidifier in my incapsulated crawl space and thoroughly went over the instruction manual with me. He also provided tips on what to look out for. I highly recommend C&C Myers.

Had a great experience with Hawk. A dog toy stuck in an older toilet was not retrievable. Had to replace the toilet with a chair height American Standard. Hawk was perfect!!! No mess, no water spills. The job was perfect.
Hawk is a great representative of C&C. He’s a true gentleman and very respectful.

James was absolutely perfect!!! He tried to repair a kitchen faucet. Unfortunately the faucet won. He removed the broken faucet for me so it was very easy to install a new one.
James is a keeper. Very friendly as well as very respectful. A fine gentleman and an asset to C&C.
