Warren Clinic Urgent Care-Elm

The staff at this location was very friendly. There had just been an emergency with an ambulance present and the patient was being wheeled out. Because of this this, there was a bit of a wait but it was worth it to me.
I want to commend and thank Dr. K. Felten and Sam for taking care of my issue - I can HEAR again, woohoo! Kudos ladies!

I didn't have any problems. Quick & efficient. I concur with he review that stated, "I don't think people that have a good experience leave reviews". Facility seemed clean also.

My wife had no one waiting infront of her. She got to see a doctor quickly. She said the doctor was real nice.

I think people who have good experiences must forget to go leave reviews. I was a walk-in on a Tuesday around 3. They quoted me an hour & 30 min wait but I was called back to a room in about an hour. No complaints about this place. Everyone I experienced was very kind and professional. bonus that I live in a neighborhood right next to it. I will definitely be coming back here.

I haven't seen a Doctor yet, but it's 10 am. We got here at 930 am before they even opened, and there is a line waiting to be seen. It's easy for us to get frustrated having to wait to be seen. But when I think about what the Folks working here are going through, with the influx of patients, the sickness all around them, I'm amazed at their Strength. I was a bit frustrated having to wait because I didn't make an appointment. I didn't think Urgent Care needed an appointment. The nice Person checking me in was so kind I was quickly humbled when I thought about what THEY have been experiencing trying to navigate this health crisis WHILE meeting Patient needs. I cannot imagine. Thank You all for being here. I pray we all remain understanding and healthy as this virus continues to wreak havoc on us all. Thank You, Warren Clinic Staff, for all you do. I pray You and Your Families remain healthy as you risk your own health to take care of the sick.

I have been here several times and have never been disappointed with the care I or my children have received here. They have very good doctors, PA’s and nurses. Caring, considerate, professional, accurate. And since they are a part of St Francis, they will urgently refer you to a specialist when needed (they referred my son to an orthopedic surgeon when he injured his elbow). I recommend this location.

I've always had great experiences here. Made an appointment for 9:00am on MyChart, and showed up at 8:00am on the dot when they opened. I waited maybe 10 minutes, saw the doctor, and was out by 8:25. Make an appt. and show up early if you can. It is an urgent care people, give them a break on the wait times. People started piling in when I left. So I can't imagine how bad it gets later in the day. My doctor was great too! Thanks everyone!

I took my husband in today around lunch time. I'm not sure if no one was in the waiting room due to the covid or if they're just that quick at getting people back but as soon as we checked in, they called us right back. Holly, the nurse practitioner, is the one who seen us the whole time and she is absolutely amazing! My husband does not have insurance and she done the most while keeping it cost effective for us. Not many places care if you have insurance or not and would run every "standard" test to "rule out" unnecessary, unrelated issues. She helped my husband feel better before we left and she even called before closing to check on him. Hands down, one of the best, most caring healthcare professionals we've met and I, myself, work in healthcare. Highly recommend because of Holly alone! (Dusty was the one who checked us in and done my husband's vitals and he was friendly as well but after we were in the room, we didn't see him much. The short time we seen and talked to him though, he was also nice and professional!)

Best Urgent Care of Broken Arrow area in my opinion. I had to go today for a severe uti and even with multiple patients waiting I was in, out, and at the pharmacy paying for my meds in about an hour and a half. Which is really fast for urgent care. The doctor, nurses, and receptionists are nice and not all stuck up like some places. The doc acted concerned and she was happy to talk with me about my questions. I went to the St Johns urgent care across the street for the same thing yesterday looking for help, and I was the only patient there and after almost 3 hours no one had come to see me, they finally told me the doc hadn't "come back from lunch yet"... so I just left. They obv didn't give a damn about me or my time. But Warren clinic appeared to so I'm glad I took my money there. Will def be going back to this Warren Clinic for urgent care needs in the future.

Short wait in the evening. (8pm) Lana at the front desk was extremely nice, polite and patient while I held my wiggly & whiney 14 month old who even threw a ball at her; yet she was still so nice and patience with us. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. I love going places where employees actually enjoy what they do. I was in and out within in 30 mins. I would go here again.

We have had multiple great experiences at this location! The PA's and NP's we have seen listen well and are empathetic. We have seen Michelle Rockwell the last 2 visits and she is fantastic. Easy to make an appt. online and like the follow up messages in the portal system. It doesn't replace your primary dr. that knows your history but is a great resource for after hour medical needs!

Went in this afternoon and received excellent service from beginning to end. From the front desk to the time I left. Drs and nurses were compassionate and caring about my medical condition. Helped me beyond my expectations! Thank you so much for all that you did for me today, as I have been suffering greatly and so glad I chose your facility to go back to for help ❤

Very positive experience. Saw Lindsey Romine, NP for fever and nausea going on for 3 weeks. She ran lab work and is getting me set up to see infectious disease dr. I felt she was very thorough and concerned.

Came here for the COVID drive through test. They were kind an quick. My wife and I were there for less than 10 minutes and we got our results late that night.

It was a long wait, but well worth it. I had the flu. I really liked the doctor that took care of me. She was very caring!!!

Please people are great we always get in quake always taken well Cara professional star are you some more as my primary then I do my own primary because I love them so much.

On both occasions that I've gone here, the staff was courteous and expedient; two of the upmost qualities one needs when they're sick.

Always get great service. Much easier and quicker than trying to see my primary. In and out in less than an hour every time.

They have always been spot on with their diagnosis every time I’ve been there. I am so glad it’s available and in the same building as my Doctor.
