Teeth | Dentists & Specialists on IOP provide quality dental care and the entire staff is nothing short of incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The inside space is calming - I especially love the aquarium in the lobby - and I always feel comfortable when getting my teeth cleaned. I truly look forward to going to the dentist when I know I am in such good hands each time I go. Whether it’s just a routine clean, or something more, I fully trust them with my dental health. I definitely recommend their office on Isle of Palms and am glad to be a patient here!

I was given thorough care by two great dentists who took extra measures into be pain free and make adjustments until my crown was a perfect fit. Office staff and dental assistants are friendly, gentle and helpful, too. This will be my winter stop for dental care.

Walked in after chipping a tooth and was greeted in a friendly manner with a clear message that I would be taken care of in a timely fashion. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I was taken care of as a walk-in within an hour - way beyond my expectations.

I recently visited the dentist's office and I have to say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped in until the moment I walked out, everyone made me feel like family. The receptionist warmly welcomed me with a smile, helping me fill out my paperwork along with providing helpful advice on how to take care of my teeth.

The dental hygienist took her time cleaning my teeth and went that extra mile to ensure that everything was perfect before I left. During this process she provided useful tips about taking care of my oral health, all while making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit.

Overall, this is a highly recommended dentist office that provides an all around great experience for its patients! In a world full of cold corporate offices, this one has a hometown welcoming feel that can't be replicated anywhere else.

Continuing my Dental Care with Teeth has been the best rewarding decision I have made. Dr Lacy and her Staff took on a lost cause and are transforming my dental problems with great care and professionalism. Confident in my smile I feel so much better and enjoy socializing again.

I was having trouble with a wisdom tooth but had not been to a dentist in an embarrassingly long time. Expecting to be lectured about my dental health, I was dreading going a great deal.
Dr. Bailey and his staff were wonderful. They were informative and kind, couldn’t have been more helpful and reassuring. I would recommend Isle of Palms Family Dentistry, absolutely the best!

I live on IOP and went to Dr Bailey for ~16 years. I was sorry to see him go back to Utah. It took the new owners some time to find a suitable replacement for Dr. Bailey, but Dr. Incampo is the right person. He has an excellent bedside manner and excellent technical skills. He is experienced, having recently relocated from a long term position in a large Boston area practice. He loves the Lowcountry and is in it for the long haul.

I had three excellent recent experiences with Dr. Incampo (a crown for treatment of a lost large filling, a routine cleaning visit, and replacement of an old problematic crown that Dr. Bailey had previously recommended replacing). The lost filling episode was urgent and the office offered to see me the same day, but I opted for the next day. Both crown procedures were done as 1 day procedures of ~2 hours total using their in-house crown milling equipment. Dr. Incampo administered excellent local anesthetic and both crowns fit very well.

Judy's continued presence at the front desk has been a welcome sign of continuity at the practice. She is always pleasant and helpful. She can work magic with the schedule.

The new owners have invested in all new equipment throughout the office including the device which mills crowns in ~20 minutes. Now that they have hired Dr. Incampo the operation deserves my 5 star rating.

Update: Dr. Incampo and Judy are now gone. The office has cycled through ~5 dentists and replaced all of the office staff since Dr. Bailey sold the practice. I am considering moving to a more stable practice.

The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating! Dr. Bailey is professional, warm and always on time. The work I’ve had done there has always been great with no problems. They are also wonderful with kids!

Dr Bailey and his Team are exceptional professionals. Talented, Skilled, Personable, and really make the visits such a nice experience. We have found them exceptional in the level of detail in analysis and providing great solutions to any issue we may have had prior to our visit.

I was originally at a different dentist and they switch me over to a specialist and the staff there's excellent the front desk people are very kind All the time. l had my upper teeth replace with a perm denture. My dentist was excellent and cheerful every time I went to get an adjustments. I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of a dentist

I recently was visiting Isle of Palms after having extensive dental work done. While there, 2 temporary crowns came off. I called the office and they were so accommodating and worked me in within a couple of hours. They were so professional and friendly and their work was very goodand thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the 3rd dentist I tried since moving to Mt Pleasant. I finally found one that I will continue to go to forever. The Dentist talks you through the entire procedure - works gently and carefully to ensure your comfort at all times. The entire staff are super friendly and kind as well. Highly recommended!

I come in here for my regular cleanings and the staff has always been great. I live on IOP so the convenience is great but I also love the small family feel you get when you walk in the door — it’s literally a house that was converted to a dental office. I had an emergency situation this week and corresponded with Kim, the Office Manager, during after hours and she was kind enough to respond and offer advice in managing my pain at home, called in a prescription for me first thing in the morning and squeezed me in to see Dr. Bailey that morning. When I arrived, Laura grabbed me right away and did some Xrays to speed things along and then Dr Bailey took his time explaining to me what the situation was and what we needed to do (extract my wisdom teeth). Although he could have performed the surgery for me, I opted to go to an oral surgeon so I could be put under and he asked Judy to call around town to see who could get me in. They just went so above and beyond to take care of me and I wasn’t even paying for a service that day. In my mind that says ALOT about a local business. So, if you’re looking for a new dentist, come on out to IOP! And if you live on IOP, why would you go anywhere else?? Very grateful to Dr Bailey and team. Thank you!
