Trek Bicycle Store of Mt. Pleasant

The guys at the Trek store in Mt. Pleasant fixed my dropper seat post quickly & efficiently while I was here on vacation after my original dealer at home forgot to reset the cable length after adjusting the height of my seat post at purchase. (The bike was less than a week old!) They also adjusted the brake mechanisms so that they were in a more comfortable riding position as well. Big props for helping me get back on my bike for the remainder of my vacation!

I like to ride my adult trike. I am a necessity buyer.The Trek Store of Mt.Pleasant, SC has been very helpful in identifying, sourcing and aquiring repair component parts for my trike. It is a pleasure to deal with caring and knowledgeable service technicians. Benjamin has been helpful in defining good maintenance concerns that were not published in an owners manual. The Trek Store of Mt. Pleasant, SC was recommended to me, and I would support a recommendation, with confidence, to other cyclists.

This is an awesome bike shop. They go above and beyond. Stayed late to adjust my son’s brakes. When I offered to come back they refused to let us go. Said it was a safety issue and can’t have a kid out there on an unsafe bike. My son has told me how great they are to him and his friends whenever they go in there without parents. Most places would shoot them out (rightfully so) but the staff there talks bikes with them and is always good to them. If you have a bike need go there, you will not be disappointed with the customer service. Always exceed expectations.

Great place to purchase a bike as well as have your maintenance completed. Always have a great time coming in and talking to the folks at the mt pleasant trek store. Chris Winn was great help to assist me with purchasing my bike and getting me hooked on riding my checkpoint! Recently have worked with Drew and Ben to get me squared away with some maintenance and couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Will definitely be back and look forward to working with them again! I got set-up with a new Townie bike for ladies. Love my new bicycle. It’s light and easy to ride. I even got a basket and a mirror installed. Friendly and highly competent staff made for a wonderful experience.

Dan was very helpful in choosing the right bike, spending time "fitting" me to the bike and taking the time to explain every feature. The store closed at 6. We stayed until 7:30, even going over the Garmin features. I love the bike.
Last weekend I stooped by the store on Saturday and not only had some breakfast...but, also went over some features of the Garmin that for some reason I didn't set up right. The place was packed, but Dan, Ariel, Greg and the rest of the guys were always available to help.

Great team, bike is amazing. Service, attention, price, details and all around made me feel comfortable and confident to buy my first bike of this Domane range.

The internet makes every bike store a local bike store. Trek shop near me and Trek-corp site didn't have the helmet in color/size I wanted. Folks at Mt. Pleasant did.

Professional, courteous, personable, helpful! We can't say enough about this place. They came thru when a number of other Trek dealers between SC and NY laughed that we were trying to spend $2000+ at their shops on two Verve's in April 2021. I know that bicycle's were still somewhat scarce 13 months after Covid-19 but the other places totally blew us off saying nothing would be available at least until late October/November 2021. This has been and will be our go to Trek store!

Very pleased with the Trek Bicycle Store of Mt. Pleasant. The environment is very welcoming to anyone that walks in, the product selection is good (considering we're in the midst of a pandemic and terrible availability), and the staff is great. I found a few things I didn't have around my local shop, so I picked them up there. They deserve all the stars, all day long. Keep up the good work.

The guys at this store have been great. They got me a new Checkpoint SL5 and have been super helpful after the sale finding parts for me. Highly recommended LBS and I will continue to drive from West Ashley to Mount P to support them.

Fantastic bike store. I have been to many many bike stores. Experience usually ranges from average to poor. This bike store is all about customer service. On top of it the owner Ben is an incredibly nice guy.

Had a flat rear tire and derailleur adjustment. Plus new chain. Bike is working just fine now. Very informative and professional staff

I was very impressed by everyone's friendliness, trail knowledge, and focus on the local bike community. More specifically, Daniel was very welcoming and accommodating to all of my questions, Will taught me better shifter habits and shared a bunch of local ride recommendations, and Chris was helpful in detailing the merits of a gravel bike for our local terrain. Everyone was conscientious to what I could afford, and left me with a great impression of the shop and the rider community they support. And I left with a great used gravel bike!

All 3 staff members that I interacted with were helpful and friendly (main one helping me was Chris). He quickly helped me find helmets for both my kids. Another staff member put air in the tires on my daughter’s bike while I shopped. I’ve already recommended this store to friends and neighbors. We will definitely be back.
