Great customer service! So good on fact I am going back today to get a new phone my husband got his yesterday and he was very happy with the customer service here he said I had to go get my phone from here and I agree with him.

They helped me with all my questions and gave me a grate deal.

The customer service rep was very helpful and gave us the information we needed to set up a phone.

Went to Metro by T mobile store and was greeted by emp#Latoni she was excellent In helping me purchase internet box. She even helped us in giving instructions by phone when we got home. Latonia was especially helpful when I called her regarding my mother's account. While she maintained confidentiality, she was willing to offer options, alternative options and even offer information regarding discounts available that my mom never even knew existed. I appreciate her dedication to effective customer service, professionalism and uncompromised confidentiality.

Ethan and Luis were exceptional in both customer service and personality. Metro PCS/T-Mobile are better for have these young men on the team. They were extremely knowledgeable worked as a team to assist myself and two other customers who were in the store. From a customer perspective I am grateful to have had Luis & Ethan assist me as my needs were thoroughly met.
As a business leader and manager I would hire either of these young men without question!
