Coweta City Hall

Had to get trash and sewer started up. The office ladies were sweet, and it was an easy process. We got water through rural district #5 to help out more business. I love this community and am so glad we moved here.

When we moved to Coweta and signed up for utilities, the ladies there were really nice and helpful to us.

I e called at have tried to set up my water and sewer in COWETA county. You made it a point for me to work with the person that lives here before I did to shut it off before I can restart it up here now that that’s been done. I never got an electronic bill. I actually had to call and then when I did call and they resent it to me. Supposedly it was a day late for which I had to pay the late fee today. I actually got a late notice say my bill was due yesterday. And a very aggressive build on might add. Know this won’t happen again in the future I’m gonna keep filing these and keep going at Coweta county, water and sewer until they get my E bill right I can get it to me on time to be able to be paid. I’ll be chatting with them once again today to ensure everything is copacetic on my end. They damn well better make sure it’s copacetic on their’s.

This is the most outdated town I’ve lived in. Who still uses paper applications as the ONLY way to get water service started??? Oh and a “convenience” fee for making payments any other way than mailing checks. Can’t even set up autopay without going in person and providing a blank check.

Get with the times. Felt like I travelled back in time when I moved here. Nothing but inconveniences. Electronic payments have been around forever now. Also no free bulk trash pickup? At least once a month would be nice.

I've only ever been here to pay tickets. They are rude when you ask about fines.
