Doctors Care - Orangeburg

I registered through their online process and it was super easy , fast and effective ! I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me and begin the registration process. I was seen immediately and both Ms.Lorie & Ms. Anne was super nice and helpful during my visit! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

By far the easiest process- in & out super quick! I seen Ashley Sikes, & she was WONDERFUL! She listened to my concerns & issues I was having- genuinely cared about what was going on. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. And the medical assistant lorie was very very helpful! The nurse practitioner Anne was awesome as well. It’s not everyday you get a great experience at a drs office and helpful tips and tricks to go home with. We walked out very very pleased with our service from these ladies

Kishana the medical assistant was absolutely wonderful and extremely professional. She is so kind! I was here one other time before today. Everyone else isn't as caring and concerned as she is but, I will definitely come back. Kishana makes it worth the visit just knowing that there is staff here that truly cares! I came here today for a test and the ladies at the front desk were nice and welcoming. I was a little concerned about the long wait, but when Lorie called me back, I was at ease because of her professional, yet empathetic demeanor. She thoroughly explained the procedure and gave very clear instructions regarding the follow up. I inquired about other services here and she told me straight up what I needed to know. When you come here, make sure you ask for Lorie, and she will get you right. I can tell that she really cares and has a heart for the patients and she has a sweet spirit about her. I highly recommend you see her. I wish I could give more than 5 stars on my visit.

Ms. Lorie was the intake nurse for my sons visit today. Ms. Lorie treated my son with love, she was very patient, professional and kept us in the know the little time we did wait. Overall, great service doctors care and special thanks to Ms. Lorie!

Dr. Mutter (not sure of her spelling) is a young, cutting edge doctor...personable yet professional, well versed in many varied illnesses & how to fit one's specific needs with the best treatment. She's a gem.

It was my first time there. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and nice. Everything went smoothly and good. It was a good experience.

The receptionist Dawnetta is very friendly and professional. She made the wait worth it for such great customer service. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and made me feel that she cares about my health.

Even though the wait time was longer than usual, Anne Mutter, APN was amazing. She was very understanding about my medical issue I was having. Very helpful!!

My second time needing medical services in the last year. On both occasions I found the medical personnel knowledgeable and personable. They let me know they recognized the person behind the medical condition for which I was receiving treatment. Anne, my treatment provider, patiently and thoroughly answered my questions about my treatment and what to expect after I returned home. Lorie was calm, fast acting and reassuring in her words and action. They were a great team with a great relation that spilled over on the patient, me. I appreciate the way they handled all phases of my care. I hope I won't require their services again but I will not hesitate to make a return visit if needed.

From the moment I walked in I felt a warm environment. I got there as the door was opening at 9 am. The young lady that opened the door greeted us warmly. Patients need this when they are not feeling well. I was called promptly. The young lady that took my vitals was nice and warm. In the waiting room, which did not take long at all, the nurse and doctor was thorough. As I was leaving out from being checked, the staff wished me well and their goodbye of have a nice day was genuine. Great Service

Room full of people ahead of me but it went quickly and the Provider Care from Ashley the Nurse Practitioner was topnotch.

Took awhile to be seen but once I got to the exam room didn't take longer for the doctor to come in. I feel the doctor listened to what was going with me and explained things to me.

The staff is very friendly and the doctor have you in and out quickly it may be a little wait time but it is worth it.

Mrs. Lorie is a strong leader that fosters an environment of communication and teamwork among the other nurses and staff. She encourages not only her coworkers but her patients to be their best and regularly organizes relationships with her patients not only in doctors' care but outside of the office.
