The Crab Shak 5

I frequent this location! I always order the special; I think it's two crablegs, sausage, eggs, corn and shrimp. I also have ordered their family special and it was more than enough food. Their food is very appetizing! Customer service is awesome! They made me feel like a valued customer!

I gave it 5 stars because the food is amazing! But they definitely need someone different on the front end taking orders. They guy is extremely rude, doesn't answer questions, and always on his phone. I told him I was a new customer and he just said ok, sat back down and continued his conversation on the phone. He will definitely kill your Business . I have friends who visited and said they will not be back because of him.

I was very blessed to share in this Fantastic experience with the Crab Shack for my 65th Birthday Dinner. Once again, I along with my guests were not disappointed. The dynamic husband and wife duo provide great customer service along with some out of this world food. The crab plate makes my heart sings. We will be frequent customers and bring along so friends with us. I was grateful for the personal touch and service. Thank you! I know where I’m spending my Valentine evening dinner. Crab Shack with that dynamic duo couple.

i recently found this and what i ordered was yummy came back later in the day to pick up some fish a d grits for my dad he it was super yummy reminded him of place he used to take to his mother in new jersey he really loved it and has added it to our things to get when he comes home from dialysis

Great food, ok prices, and ok service. The food was great that i ordered. I ordered the shrimp and crab pasta. My boucriend ordered the fish sandwich with fries. It didnt take that long to be prepared and the spices were great.

Me and some friends ate here Sunday for the first time and we're instantly hooked! Also the food was served fresh hot and very fast! Definitely recommend ‼

Sent my girlfriend to order shrimp and grits and I was highly disappointed. It looked as terrible as it tasted. I wish i could’ve posted a picture of what was served. She went to ask for a refund but was told some b.s. about some policy. I won’t be spending anymore money with this place.

Very very bad customer service, the guy at the front is rude and always on his phone, even when people trying to place a order
