I highly recommend Dillon's Automotive. I started going to the after realizing the Chevy dealership was not addressing my car issues properly. I have found Dillon's to be honest, fair, and timely. I do recommend dropping your vehicle off early in the morning.

My wife's family has been telling me for years to visit Dillon's for auto work. Finally, I listened, went for an oil change and alignment, and I did not regret it. I saved money on services that were costing me more elsewhere. They went above and beyond in servicing my vehicle.

Tommy Dillon was my contact at the front desk. He was very friendly and estimated my service time accurately. He was happy to chat about the history of the family business, a conversation that was prompted by some neat memorabilia on the wall. I really got that family-connection home town feel that some folks love.

As I said, the price for the oil change and wheel alignment were excellent for a full-service auto shop. My old 02' Mercury had a pesky driver side door squeak that was silent when I got back into my car. They said nothing about having fixed that. It wasn't on my bill. I did not tell them about it. They weren't looking for verbal gratitude for having silenced the squeaking door hinges. It's those small courtesies that separate one business from another these days.

Excellent customer service. Very impressive 1st experience with these folks. I shall be returning.

I had the AC repaired on my 2017 Audi A4. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and explained things thoroughly. The prices are fair and honest. I received quotes from three other auto repair shops. Dillon’s is right in line with their competitors, but with five star service!!

Very friendly, very transparent. You get a detailed breakdown of your expected cost, you discuss it in detail. You get a recommendation of what is essential and what can wait. And once you approve, the repairs are done swiftly and with very high quality.

I needed to patch a tire. The team was very professional and courteous. Despite it being such a small job and the shop being busy, they promptly attended to it. To my surprise, they didn't even charge me for the service.

Went to get my state inspection here. Arrived 15 minutes before they stopped inspections for the day, but they were able to squeeze me in. They were quick and provided amazing service, and everyone I spoke with was very nice! Will definitely be coming back for any car repairs

I need to have my brake pads checked because I sometimes heard squeaky noise when I was backing up my car. I took my car to Dillon's Automotive because they get good reviews and are close to where I live. Later, the technician called and told me that my brake pads are still thick enough and no replacement is needed at this time. The squeaky noise is due to the rusty rotors but the car is safe to drive. He also suggests me to have the mechanics to check the rotors and brake pads next time I take my car to oil change. I was very impressed with their honesty! There is no charge for the inspection. Also, they gave me a ride to and from home. Thank you!

After purchasing a used car, I wanted to have the transmission drained and filled as preventative maintenance and for peace of mind. I went to Dillon's automotive because of the good reviews and now I see why they have them! The technician that was going to service my car called me to let me know that the fluid in the transmission is clean and I didn't need the servicing at this time! I was very impressed with the honesty. I bet many shops would have gladly kept quiet and charged me for the service. I must add that they gave me a ride to and from home!! When I showed up to pick up my car, I thanked them for the honesty and I asked them how much do I owe you. I was expecting an inspection fee or a service fee or some kind of fee. But they told me my car is fine and I didn't owe them anything. Wow. Thank you!

We have been customer's of Dillon's for years. Their customer service is the best in the Houston area. Any concerns or problems are addressed right away by the owner and they stand by their work.

Amazing. Topnotch service and professionalism from customer service to technical department. Highly knowledgeable and highly recommended. Recently had my MDX wheel aligned, came back a week after, thought the car drifts a bit. As I picked up the car, a technician (sorry I’m bad with names) took time to come out and thoroughly explained the culprit of drifting. Turned out my front wheels aren’t in top shape, they had to cross rotate the tire. Then he offered to test drive with him, as I’m convinced with his explanation and i know he is busy, i said don’t bother to test drive :). True enough, car don’t drift anymore. Thank you for keeping my wife’s car safe.

Simply the best. I had to update my review for Dillons now that I've been using them for a couple years. It's still a 5 but I want to share how great they have been. So far I've had an exhaust manifold replaced, brake job, new front hubs installed and ball joints replaced. The hubs were replaced to stop a grinding sound. A few months later the sound came back and they redid the brakes as well as the hubs totally for free just to be sure they really got it! That's real service! (Thanks Jesse!) The prices are fair, the work is good, and they really treat the customer right. I'll be coming back for a long time.

We have been coming here about year now. Always gives us same day service and if they dont have a loaner car to give me they have a courtesy vehicle that will take u home and then come pick u up when ur vehicle is ready which is great for me cause I dont have to wait up their for hours with my toddler!! Even though they do have puzzles and books to entertain the little ones. It's always nice and clean when we come in and I always receive friendly service. Would highly recommend!

The front desk and all the staff at Dillon's Automotive, went to great extremes to make sure my visit was a pleasant one. What I really appreciated was the sense of professionalism and the attitude in general. I never felt rushed to do repairs that I did not need. Very efficient, quick vehicle inspection, and excellent service!

The Dillion’s Automotive is still my choice to check my car for any mechanical problems even though I moved out from Katy. I trust them not only the professional capabilities but also the integrity. They are also very customer friendly with a great warranty. Recently Mr Rick helped me to deal with the insurance company to replace the catalytic converter for my Sequoia and his professional and obliging help impressed me again. No surprises they are always busy and successful in the business. I will definitely drive to their store as needed in future. Thanks Rick and other colleagues again for a great service!
