Sarah and her staff are the best!! Especially Soledad, she was instrumental in getting my stuff designed and printed for the Home and Garden show! She listened to my ideas and then was very patient with me and my wanting to “see what it would look like if we did this”. In the end everything turned out spectacular! Could not have done it without them!!

I had 100 business cards made by Amy from the UPS store service was great and very professional. Business cards came out better than I expected very pleased.

What an amazing team at this UPS Store 4617!! Not only are they expedient and friendly, but they're dedicated and knowledgeable as well. I went into this store to return some Amazon packages. I got to the store with 4 minutes before the store was closing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back to this store for all my future needs.

Every time I ago to our UPS store in Pleasanton TX, they are always bending over backwards to accommodate any need I may have. The staff always treats me like I am family.

Amy is the absolute best. I called in to ask about a very important package and she was the only one that cared to help me. I went to USPS and then in UPS in pouring rain and she was the only one that went above & beyond. Amy, you absolutely rock.

Amy at the ups store is amazing I have had to do so many things alot of copies and emails even use there computer to do some of the things that needed to be done. Amy helped me through it all and the ladies that work there are awesome. Thank use guys for everything.

I always have a good experience at our local UPS Store, but I want to especially thank Brenda for her help with shipping a package with dry ice. She went above and beyond to help me find the smallest packaging to get the shipping price as low as possible, and because overnight shipping can be pretty expensive her effort saved me a substantial amount of money.

I use this UPS store all the time and they are AMAZING! They are so helpful and have awesome customer service! They help with any and everything and make you feel so welcome. In a day when good customer service is hard to find, this place is a jewel. Thank you, UPS team!
