Donuts are -never- reused or set back for use for another day… they are all baked fresh in the middle of the night and delivered in the early AM -every single day-! If there is enough staff, and the need is there, then sometimes the donuts are made directly in-house!

This Dunkin has a great team of employees that provided quick, excellent service. Mocha, Ty, Lazabia, Jeremy, John, Henry and Jayden were/are all exceptional employees who went above and beyond for their customers. I know from experience that fast-food work can be very stressful and difficult, especially without proper management.
From my own personal experience I know this particular location has had several management changes, and I hope they get it situated soon for the sake of the employees as much as for the sake of the customers.

PROTIP: If you’re ever having to wait in a long queue, blame the MANAGEMENT not the employees!!!

In general the crew is made up of Hardin Valley locals that love their job and work hard to provide the best Dunkin’ experience they can for their visitors!

There is a remodel scheduled for 2024, but I’m sure it will be back and better than before!! (The included photos are pre-remodel!)

Staff was great, customers need to learn some manners. Staff was profession in their dealing with difficult people. Coffee was spot on, by the way.

Such a cute little place 😊 If it's not busy, this is a great place to study, but there's not much room. About 3 places with outlets.

Always friendly and I usually don't have to wait long.

OK I wrote a review earlier but I couldn’t think of the Jeremy‘s name in his name was James he’s a manager. basically I said I didn’t want the butter Pecan iced tea real strong because it makes me shaking I was wondering how I can get it long story short he offered me a couple options and the one was we were going to go half-and-half with the decaf and sure enough it was great and he even gave me it on the house that was so nice of him.. so again I want to correct because I was bad with names and I was just there today his name is James and he’s on Hardin Valley he’s a very nice person in general if you ever have any problems talk to James he’ll give you ideas and make your order the way you need it 👍🏽

Crew is overworked for sure, given that no one still wants to go to work anymore, but the service was exceptional and staff are friendly. Expect to wait a little longer in the drive thru than usual, but I'm certain this is due to the shortage of employees. The donuts are always fresh tasting and their selection of drinks are great. I pick up from this store to take with me on sales calls and pick up a box on weekends for the family routinely.

I am currently a regular and this is the hands-down best Dunkin’ I have been to in all of Knoxville (and surrounding)! They always make my order correctly and I don’t have to compensate with extra add-ins in case they don’t. The employees who greet me at the drive-thru window are always very nice. I’ve never had a bad coffee from here and it doesn’t look like that will change. It’s always so good! Kudos to Hardin Valley Dunkin employees!

Stopped here this afternoon to unwind after a day at Windrock Offroad Park. Two black coffees hot with choc dipped old fashioned donuts took the chill off a rainy day. Tall young man behind counter was pleasant as he served us and listened to our stories about offroad park. Duncan hot coffee was very good!

The food is amazing and I love the coffee!! I over look the employees to get to the donuts and coffee. The service is mediocre at best.

Amazing drinks!! We only ordered drinks but they were made even more amazing then we expected them to be. It made our love of dunkin come back again. The last dunkin we used to go to started slacking on the work they put into the drinks and somehow often would mess up our orders. This one got it right first try! Definitely going back!

This location is always busy, but the service never disappoints. They keep the drive through line moving even when it's wrapped around the building, and my order always comes out just as it should. The staff do not fail to meet expectations either, they ate always ready to serve with a smile on their face.

Great place, and staff. I realize that they make mistakes and it's slow sometimes but I truly love the place. Be patient and enjoy what you went there for. And let's say you do receive a wrong drink/ or you are unsatisfied, be patient let them know, don't be rude, they're humans just like you taking the time to work everyday to build a life for themselves.

I usually order inside. I take things to-go on the way to work or I bring in the toddlers on a weekend. I usually order the same thing. I use the dunkin app with the auto-loading feature. If I could be called a "regular" anywhere, it'd be here. Sometimes things happen, occasionally things are slow, but overall their consistency over the past 5 years I've been coming to this location - keeps me coming back.

When I first visited the Hardin valley location in December there was a manager named Cody, well he got transferred. I was disappointed because he took the time to welcome me whenever I came in (3 times a visit week). Even said hi by my name. Then there was polite Jason, at first he was the quite one but after a few visits, he would say hello or good morning to us when we came in. He even said once " we were good favorite customers". Lol. The staff is great. Donna and Sam are amazing. Always love seeing them. So bring Jason back seeing how Cody don't work for y'all anymore.

The coffee is always great. The food is meh. I'll always come back here for coffee!

They are a super sweet group of people and even when they are slammed on Sunday mornings they are kind. Props to you all! I always love coming to get some coffee even if it's only ever once in a blue moon.❤

Great donuts, even better service 🍩! Ryan always has a smile on his mask when he sees us and is very punctilious, effervescent and handsome. Our order is always perfect. He’s the reason that we will only go to Dunkin Donuts in Hardin Valley!!! 🙏🙏
