Great staff, great parts, and never a wait in line while someone is asking for help installing their windshield wipers.

No, A-line does not carry every little doodad and car wax available but if you need an auto part and you live in Elgin call them first.

Meant to share this a few weeks ago after these folks helped me get a car battery for a great value.

Best auto parts in Elgin. Free coffee too! I like shoping here for the personal experience its not like big box auto stores. Here it's the same guys behind the counter every time. There always my first choice.

Been going there for 30 years. Tried the newer places several times but if you want consistancy and the same thing they tell you on the phone these guys are right-on. Even quit price matching. They,on average, are better. Gregg

I like dealing with Gary when I stop in. He takes the hassle out when dealing with an auto parts store. Definitely worth the time to stop by if your looking for anything. 👍🏼

very affordable purchased my car battery from here for less than $100 brought back my old battery got a rebate of almost $15 was also recommended to Hurst garage where the brand new battery was put into my car, ended up costing me maybe a little bit over $80 was put into my car for just $20 saved over $100 from the previous estimate I had gotten just earlier that day from another company

Great customer service, friendly staff. Gary and Chalo stayed a little after closing and waited for me to exchange my battery. Definitely recommend them.
