T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I have been with T-Mobile since 2015 but swapped to Mint Mobile thinking that the companies are on the same network, so it should be no bid deal. HUGE mistake! I came running back to T-Mobile 1 week later. Emily and Kodi were absolutely some of the kindest and most patient people I have come across in the service industry. They worked with me to get 4 phone lines and 2 internet services.

Emily was extremely professional, even when dealing with an unwarranted angry client that was also there. She did not try to upsell me, but really helped me find plans that would work for my family that includes older parents who are not tech savvy.

Kodi really listened and kindly took the time to set up my parents devices so that they would not get confused. This gesture really meant so much!

Let's face it, it is not a quick or fun process. But Emily and Kodi really made me feel taken care of so that I could help take care of my parents' services. I will drive to this Angleton location over the other 2 that are closer to my home to be in their hands.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Angleton store. Josh and Kodi were knowledgeable, helpful and a lot of fun. They got me set up and answered all my questions. They even played one of my favorite songs on their awesome speaker for me. Thanks guys.

My go 2 location for the best customer service ever. Recent visit needed really old phone paired with a new I Phone. The Manager I assume and a relatively new employee nailed it after the second try. What I mean is they didn't give up even though the store was busy until my data was transferred.
This store should be the benchmark of customer service for T-Mobile !!!

Very amazing store customer was causing problems in the store and the manager was fast acting and asked the customer to leave the store kind and politely. And continued to assist me and got me a deal on a phone plan that saved me quite a bit of money... thank you Clinton

This is one of the best t -mobile stores I have ever been to. The lady named Evelyn had an amazing attitude. She is not not just trying to get a sale for herself, they help people get the device THAT You NEED,and try’s her best to save you money. It is people like her that, that makes me a proud t-mobile customer. I highly recommend this store.

Believe the hype! Kiana and Tammy are the best! They were extremely helpful. Better customer service than I ever got from Sprint. I'll definitely go back if I need anything else!

Can’t thank these ladies enough! Walked in thinking I wouldn’t qualify to get a new phone but these ladies went above and beyond to fit me to the phone of my life! Excellent customer service! Wonderful Place!! The New Manager there is phenomenal phenomenon on how she deals with the customers!!! Love the energy and they all helped me get the right plan with the right price!!!

Jamie offers Exceptional customer service when other providers said they could not and is always willing to help with small problems I have at do not understand with products I purchase.

Crystal is very helpful and professional. Ask for her to help you with all your phone needs.

They do not try to rush you out of the store. They do not want you to leave until you inside is truly fixed. I love this store
