I am so pleased with the care and consideration that I receive from Dr.Grzywa ! Her professional experience and knowledge are top notch. Each and every time I have an appointment I have a positive interaction with each person from the front desk to the final checkout clerk. As a Primary Care Provider, I recognize how important positive interaction and sharing information with me as the patient is! This is a stellar group practice and I have,and will continue , to refer my colleagues and friends alike, to Next Step Foot and Ankle Clinic!

I had my first appointment with Next Step on March 13th. When I got to the office I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Laura, who was very delightful and helpful.

I was there for wound care on my foot. I could not be more pleased with every aspect of their office. The nurse, Jessica (or was it Jennifer?), was very nice and very professional.

My doctor was Dr Van Pelt. She was thorough, professional, and explained the situation in a way I could understand, which is sometimes not my strong point.

If there is anything you need done regarding foot or ankle problems I would very highly recommend them. They will take excellent care of you and your foot or ankle problems.

Met Dr. Sylvester for the first time and he was exceptional. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit His PA Jessica is very nice also

My experience here could not have been better! The staff was super friendly and the doctor was very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. I’d like to thank candy and doctor Larsen for the care I received. The facility is very clean and professional. I highly recommend this place for all of your feet and ankle needs!

What can I say other than the staff is very friendly and work in unison with the Dr. They have always been there in case I needed anything. Dr. Gregory Larsen I want to say thank you my surgery was extensive and you did a phenomenal job. I hold yall in high regards.

I was referred to Next Step by my PCP for a second opinion about my foot issue. All of the staff from the receptionist's to the nurse's & including the Dr were all very friendly, caring, professional & explained everything so I could understand. I highly recommend this office for all your foot & ankle needs.

Dr. Silvester is great, funny, and really knows what he's doing. I drove 5 hours to see him for my plantar fasciitis because he offers cryosurgery. He scheduled my initial appointment and the surgery in one day so I would not have to drive down twice. He also caught things my local Podiatrist missed! His staff is also friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him!

I have to say my experience with Dr. Sylvester was amazing. I came in with really bad heel pain I’ve been putting it off and putting it off just being scared of the outcome. I’m really glad that I came in he examined my foot took some ex- rays. He told me exactly what was wrong with my foot gave me a steroid shot on my heel and I was on my happy way. I was amazed that I could even walk as fast as I was walking cause I hadn’t done that in a good minute. The staff was also very friendly. Thank you so much Dr. Sylvester !!!!!!!

My appointment with Dr Silvester at the Next Step Foot & Ankle Clinic was an absolute delight.
Dr. Silvester and his staff at the Pleasanton clinic were kind, courteous, prompt and attentive. Dr. Silvester diagnosised my feet issues, took the time to discuss the non-evasive interventions, addressing ways to correct my feet and ankles. With surgery being the last resort. I left his office able to walk without losing my balance and minimal pain. Thanks Next Step Foot & Ankle Clinic in Pleasanton for a fantastic experience. I look forward my next visit.

Dr. Larson took time to explain in detail everything that was going on with my foot, was very caring and answered all my questions. Never felt rushed; you can tell he cares for his patients. Highly recommend!

The staff and attending physician were very friendly and helpful. The issues with my wife's feet were attended to and the doctors finding were explained thoroughly. We will highly recommend this business to all our family and friends.

Very personable. Even for scary things like sore, ingrown toenails you'll feel comfortable putting your trust in Dr. Silvester and his staff. My family knows where to go for more serious problems that require surgery, should the need arise.

Dr. Sylvester did an amazing job on the surgery I needed done. I had Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome and if no one knows what that is, it very painful for someone who is nonstop on their feet everyday.

They are so amazing! I can walk now without pain, that I’ve had for over 20 years. Dr.Sylvester is my hero.
