Alpha Iron Gym

I love this gym there’s so many new machines to work out on and never a line to use them . The staff is so caring and friendly and they help you to achieve your weight loss goals . I highly recommend Alpha Gym in Pleasanton

Started working in Pleasanton and was in search of a gym that I can easily get to after work. I’m so glad I found Alpha Iron Gym! It goes beyond meeting all my needs. They have a variety of machines that target all muscle groups and the atmosphere promotes the right mindset. All staff I have encountered is very friendly and helpful!

PLENTY of equipment, friendly people, great atmosphere. Owners are great people, very involved with the gym and their members. This gym is ran like no other I've been to, they have standards they like to live up to. Worth your time to come check out and sign up!

Why this isn't a 5 star place, I'll never know. Employees are friendly, members are respectful, and rules (I love the rules) my favorite rule is that we can't stare at anyone to make them uncomfortable. That was my biggest issue in any gym. Love this gym.

The owner “Virginia” personally instructs some classes and will modify workouts if needed.

I really love Alpha Iron! The owners are super nice and down-to-earth. They genuinely care about your needs and are incredibly helpful and patient. The equipment at Alpha Iron is amazing, like a huge playground for gym lovers! Not only do you get an awesome workout, but you can also get cool Alpha attire and protein shakes. I'm so happy to be part of the Alpha Iron family; they treat you like family too. It's such a great environment with a positive atmosphere, and I love that the owners are Christian-based.

Alpha Iron Gum is legit! Old school vibe with today’s equipment. Love this gym. They treated us like family as soon as we walked in. We’re from Corpus and are already planning on coming back asap.

Best gym I have ever been to. Every time I turn around they are adding things to the gym to make it better and better. The owners and staff are great and they live by example. They love getting feed back from the members so we always feel like we are heard and they make it comfortable for everyone! Lots of people get intimated at gyms because they are not as fit as they think they should be but I have seen time and time again where if you are serious and want to make a big difference in your health, they will take you under their wing and help you reach your goals.

This gym is an amazing place to lift. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They have almost every piece of gym equipment you could think of. The best part is it never feels overcrowded. 5/5 stars would recommend to anyone.

I walked in and was immediately welcomed. Virginia and Joey were exceptionally nice and very down to earth. Every machine you can think of and tons of options no matter what you like to do. This is a REAL gym. Strict rules on cleanliness and accountability which I really appreciate. This place was immaculate because of this. Supplements and smoothies also sold here. Can't wait to go back.

Being a bigger guy, I've always been leery of gyms due to getting made fun of by people in the gym. At Alpha Iron that has never been the case at all. They have more equipment than most of the franchise gyms I've been in, and the owners are very friendly and helpful! Overall I see myself sticking with Alpha Iron for the long haul.

I joined Alpha Iron Gym 2 weeks ago and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made all year! Virginia and Joey run a very clean, professional facility and are always there to greet you with a smile when you show up. I started the X-Fit class and it is kicking my butt (in a good way!) The classes offer a perfect mix of cardio and strength training for all skill levels. If you’re looking to get in some seriously good shape, this is the place you need to be!

STARTED GOING TO ALPHA IRON GYM THIS MONTH. MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY GREAT-FULL AND HAPPY FOR THE OPPORTUNITY THE TRAINER HAS GIVEN US TO HELP OUR-SELVES MOVE FORWARD WITH A BETTER LIVING LIFE STYLE. WE RECOMMEND ALPHA IRON 100%.

Fantastic gym for serious lifters, those wanting to get strong and lose weight or bodybuilding. Great atmosphere. Has hammer strength and plenty of good machines for a serious workout and plenty of barbells and dumbbells. Owners are very nice. Great for military/vets who want a serious workout. Very clean. Also it's a small , locally owned business, so if you support those and you want a great, more local experience, this is the place to go. Prices are better overall for what you get. And I've never seen it be crowded there.

I love Alpha Iron. The whole environment is so different from other gyms. You feel encouraged and supported in your fitness journey. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Alpha Iron is for you!

This is THE place to train. I've been to other gyms in the area and this one has the best environment by far. The owners and employees are knowledgeable and always ready to help you achieve your goals. I highly recommend the small group training classes, Xtreme Fit!

I've worked off and on around Pleasanton for almost 8 years now and until I found this gym, I couldn't get motivated enough to keep a solid routine. I love my work but I definitely love the area cause of knowing I will get to work out here. Joey and V are some of the nicest people I've ever met and love the set up they have. This is a gym for people who want to put in the work and get in shape, you can find a machine for anything you want to do in a work out. Love this place!

We were there for the November 5th 2022 USPA and the staff and the atmosphere was awesome! Music that will hype up anyone and they have such a wide variety of exercise equipment. Something for everyone!
