I had been looking for months for a pick up truck. I knew I did not want to spend a lot of money and every where I looked, it was over my budget. Called Pleasanton about a truck they had for sell. It had just sold. They asked me what I was looking for and said they had one coming in and could hold it as it was Christmas weekend. Went to see if and it was exactly what I was looking for. They worked with me and my budget and even found a lender with great rates.

I give this dealership 5-stars! Small town that cares for their customers. They’re keeping the small town atmosphere.

Let me tell you about the experience I had. Lately, I've been running into one rip-off lot after another. When I did find a reasonably priced truck; I'd show up and it would have either been "just sold" as they would say and try to offer me something completely different or even worse it would be there and be nothing at all like it was advertised online. This had been going on for several months and I needed a truck already! I stumbled across a listing on Car Gurus for a truck out in Pleasanton TX. It looked clean and was listed as a great deal per Car Gurus. My first thought was here we go again. I didn't even want to call but I really needed a truck so I did. The man who answered the phone answered all my questions on the first call. He offered to facetime with me so I could see the truck. He wasn't pushing at all and seemed very knowledgeable, so I decided to make the trip. When I showed up I noticed the truck out front so I went right to it. As I was looking at it the man I had been talking to walked up with a friendly greeting and handed me the keys. Said he'd like to give me a few minutes alone with it and would be back shortly to see if I had any questions. That was odd for me as most of the salespeople I had been around over the last few months were more interested in running a credit app or asking for commitments before I even got to look at it. This was the polar opposite of that. He even pointed out some of the minor things he had noticed with it just to be sure I saw it. I felt like he was actually trying to help me than to sell me. The truck was actually cleaner in person than I thought it would be. The truck checked all the boxes for me and the experience was so comfortable that I decided to pull the trigger. As it turned out the same gentleman helped me from start to finish and that was really nice not to be passed around. I'm very happy with my truck and my experience here. From here out, I will recommend this place to my friends and family.
