Excellent Experience with Ford Of Pleasanton. Was Wanting To Trade My Old Car In And Ally Our Sales Person Was Able To Work With Me And My Wife And Get Us In. Brand New Escape With $0 Down Out The Door!! Was Able To Do Most Of It Over The Phone And Got Approved With No Hidden Fees And All The Paperwork Was Explained Not Just Signed. Was Able To Show Up Spend Maybe 10 Min With Some Paperwork And We Were Out The Door With The Keys To Our New Car. Definitely Would Recommend

Anthony in service department cooridinated all, my truck was serviced in a timely manner and returned to me within hours. I even opted for additional service and received discount on that work. We had an amazing buying experience at Ford of Pleasanton. Our salesperson Ally was very helpful at getting us a great deal. She is very knowledgeable and kept us updated throughout the week before I was able to go to the dealership. They had all the paperwork ready so it didn't take long to sign. Everyone there was very nice. I will definitely go back for our next Ford vehicle purchase.

The salesman Johnny and finance director were amazing. Really did everything they could for me to get me exactly what I wanted and the exact price I wanted. I really couldn't of asked for better service.

The sales team was great. They weren’t pushy at all, like you’d experience at other car dealerships. Our sales person Santana was excellent, she came in on her day off the assist is in buying our new truck. And Josh was also very helpful.

Since having both our vehicles totaled in January, it had been a nightmare and time consuming to find new vehicles and deal with the aftermath of our situation. I spoke with Ally and she made the whole experience the easiest we have ever had. We were in and out on our lunch break. They even brought our car down from Ford of Boerne for us. Everyone was great from sales with Ally, getting our new vehicle scheduled for our first oil change & finishing signing our papers with Josh. We will be recommending to all our family and friends!

Staff was courteous & efficient. We didn’t have to wait around. We were able to get in/get out without extra fluff trying to be sold to us.

Should’ve read the reviews before purchasing. Apparently selling used vehicles with bad tires is a common practice for this dealership. We purchased a used truck several days ago and tried to negotiate a set of new tires as part of the deal. It was a no-go. They literally had to air up one of the tires before our test drive AND an hour later before we drove it home…with our family in it. After making the hour+ drive home and losing more air, we discovered a screw in the tire. Their solution offered? To drive it back to their dealership, or somewhere else to get it plugged. Unsafe and unscrupulous business practices, especially considering their response on most of the bad tire reviews here are just “sorry, as-is.” That’s a shame what the customer gets in return for trusting them and giving them their business.

Edit 2/5/24: Rating changed from 1 star to 5! After posting my review of our buying experience at Ford of Pleasanton, management reached out and apologized for the mishandling of our purchase. Mr. Dihn replaced the bald and rotting tires with a fresh set to get us back on the road safely. Looks like the new management is sincere about correcting the course of business at FOP. Thanks again!

Fast, Friendly, Fair and Honest. They keep records of all maintenance done to my truck. If I need to leave it, they offer a ride to my office and will bring my vehicle when it’s finished. Can’t ask for much more than that!

The members of the team were all professional during the process even when the deal was made over the phone. Kevin (agent) was very prompt in the updates towards the vehicle (personally taking pics and videos of the vic and sending it with no delay) from the start even until the establishment of payments after purchase. Most importantly and the reason i gave them a 5 star rating is because, not only do they hire military VETS at the dealership (lead agent was also most helpful) but they do take care of their Military Veteran customers too. I sure did —If you are a veteran this is your dealership— Thanks Ford Pleasanton and you will definitely earn my bussiness again in the near future.

Well I took my truck in on Thursday they said at Ford they would have to order my part it would take 3 days well I called the third day on my truck and they said they would be finished with it on the third day which is great and I went to get my truck runs real.good Great Job Thank you

Had problems with my AWD module and they got the parts and fixed it pretty fast! They also got me in quick and were very professional. Definitely will be my go to Ford service spot from now on!

This was a great establishment to do business with! All the employee I came across were super kind and very attentive. They definitely make you feel seen. I helped by a gentleman of the name Nourdine and it was a great experience. He was nice, witty, and did a great job at helping us with every aspect we questioned. Whatever we were dissatisfied or concerned with, he wasted no time to fix it and put us at ease. And just like that, we had a new (to us) car! 10/10 recommend service with Nourdine at Ford in Pleasanton!
