My phone crashed and would not charge at all so I went to the at&t store in Rockport but it was a joke. The guy was more interested in watching tv than helping me and said he could sell me a phone and just pocket the money or I could call asurion for a new battery. I went to the Aransas Pass store and Marissa helped me with purchasing a new phone and getting all of my stuff transferred to my new phone. Marissa was very knowledgeable and very professional. I will continue to go to this store anytime I need help with my phone. Thank you and a big shout out to Marissa for her help.

Marissa was a tremendous help! She addressed our concerns about connectivity in this area with professionalism but without being stuffy or too “techy”. We had been with our previous provider since 2000. In the past 24 hours we have enjoyed infinitely better cellular as well as customer service. If you are looking for a new provider, Marissa and AT&T are an excellent option!
