Walmart Supercenter

The young lady working the service counter was so great. When we got there to return something, we realized we had left our receipt at home, but she asked how we paid for it and I was pleasantly surprised to find out she could look it up with our credit card.

I’m a self checkout employee in another state…we hire just about anyone that will apply. After training they either quit after their first week or fired bc they won’t work or learn. We have to hire some special needs souls which we compensate for as best we can. Others get sick and tired of customers insulting them, asking them dumb questions, expecting every possible question be answered to their liking and satisfaction. We have to be experts in every field from electronics, food, sports, medical supplies, etc, etc. AND, we don’t appreciate being called the C-word, or stupid white trash B-word by a middle aged white guy, being bit by a “Service Dog” or being run into by a MOPED that two teenagers rode through the front door through self check out and around the store!!! (My personal experiences.)

Management and Supervisors are very tough on us to be sure. They are under considerable pressure as well. At least be kind to the folks that do show up to work. We deserve or need a day off once in a while. We definitely have a bad day once in a while… We enjoy helping, mothering and auditing to protect our pay source…I prevent at least five thefts every shift. No profile, it’s any possible perp with an opportunity to deceive. It’s documented.

The store was very clean and organized. They also had. Girl scout cookie stand outside which should be supported for those who enjoy great cookies!

Was very impressed w/employee, Christie, in small appliances today, 11-25-23, 11:30 a.m. The toaster oven I wanted was not on shelves(only display model). She saw me & asked if she could help. I didn't have to search for an employee, she approached me! Hallelujah! She verified there were some in storage & came back w/2 for me to choose from(boxes were a little scuffed). Never have I had an employee voluntarily offer to help. She definitely deserves a raise & recognition! Praise To God for people like Christie. BB

Adeola (I really hope I’m remembering her name right!) made my partner and I feel very safe in a potentially unsafe situation with another customer. She was working in the makeup/shaving section on Sunday night, 01/07/2024. Thank you so much for being so kind and thoughtful! Adeola was very professional and stayed with us til the customer left, keeping things deescalated.

Staff is overworked but still helpful and nice.

I was in need of a leaf blower for our business to cut down on the time it takes to sweep the leaves from the entryway.
Walmart is having a CLEARANCE SALE IN THE GARDEN AREA.
I got a good deal on a nice leaf blower for $30.
You can't beat that!
And the nice employee even offered to climb up and get one down for me

This locations in some texas doesn't sell what Mississippi does I have ro hp to a Mississippi walmart and get the things I need

They have great customer service at this Walmart! CSR‘s are courteous and friendly.

Pretty much everything I need under 1 roof. I like the self checkout option too.

We were traveling with our travel trailer and had a flat tire. The lady that answered our call (didn't get her name) was very gracious a d anxious to help us get back on the road. Zach the installer went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Thank you to both of you.

The store has been revamped and it looks really nice. I find the staff to be very nice and knowledgeable of their products and where they are located within the store. I love the pharmacy staff they are most professional and sweetest ladies ever!!

The selection and quality of service keeps us coming back.

I will give myself 5 stars because the employees here are clueless , first you can't get anyone to help you and the ones who you do get to help you, don't know where anything is, and of course we scan and bag our own groceries, so yeah the 5 stars are for. me.

I have never been to a Walmart and all my life where their staff is so friendly and full of life and available at every turn to help customers.
One of my favorite places to shop for groceries produce needs more attention. But overall it's always a great experience when I visit this Walmart.

Enjoy this place. Always a clean store. No very many people just at peak times. Self check out lanes are kind of not right cause now we have to their jobs. Since we have to be cashiers there should be a bigger discount. I miss the interactions with employees other then not being able to locate an item.

The store looks great and stocked.
