Visiting Houston and needed a notary and fax. The Postal Copy center came up on google maps "Places near me," and I can say that this store and employees are amazing. I walked in to friendly and smiling faces. Asked for a notary/fax and Ali was very helpful and provided the assistance that was requested. Also witness many regular customers and both workers were awesome in providing amazing service. Would definitively recommend this place. Thank you Ms. Ali and keep up the amazing work!!!

I went to this location for a shipping return, it was fast and easy. There was no need to drive around and look for usps locations it can all be done here. Aly was great and provided great customer service. I will definitely come back to this location.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were consistently impressed by the level of customer service we received here. I would never go to the post office or other shipping companies store to ship anything. This is only place to go if you are in the area and need a mailbox or shipping. They actually care about your needs and want to earn your business.

The owners of this establishment is great and a super sweet couple. They literally offer everything from mailing to stationery faxing notary. Anytime I need something this is my go to place I honestly don’t have time to go to the post office. Located in a convenient location for myself and they are open later than post office notary. Will most definitely always recommend this place of business to anyone I know.

Where do I even start? I found Postal Plus right after I moved back to Texas in July 2020 and the service and owners were nothing but excellent!!!! My little friend, A (I could never pronounce her name so she was always A to me) was always a pleasure to work with and so was Moe. They were always so helpful and their professionalism was always the very best. The only reason I am no longer with them is because I've relocated
to Florida but if I ever return to Texas, I will certainly seek their services again. They really did take great care of me. They are what a business should always be!!!!! Bye for now guys and keep up the great work.❤❤

My mom and I came here for notary service. When we walked in, the clerk was helping another customer, so we took the time to browse around. We saw they had perfumes so we tried them out. I really liked one and planned on buying it. When the clerk finished with the other customer, he was super helpful and quick to notarize our documents. He then said that I could have the perfume, because I liked it so much, for free!! He was so kind and generous! Love this place, will return for any other postal needs!

I went inside the postal copy center looking to get documents notarized, the clerk in the store was so helpful and friendly she assured me she could take care of whatever my needs were. She was also able to shrink and laminate a few papers for me while I was there too. There so many cute personalized lanyard holders and key prints! Just check the store out yo won’t be disappointed!

I love this place. Quick and easy. Helped me with my passport and other things. Very nice staff and down to earth.

Been here a couple times in the last year. Helped by the same young lady both times. Outstanding service. Went out of her way to help me both times. In one instance where I was trying to meet a very tight deadline, she reached out to the fedex driver even though this was after 5pm and got him to pick up my package, again even though he was already done for the day. Amazing service.

If you want to see true customer service, this is the place! They truly take pride in helping their customers and go the extra mile every time. You never feel like just another sale; they will take as long as needed to find you the best prices and options. GREAT JOB!!

They are absolutely THE BEST!! I mean from outstanding Customer Service to just always having customer loyalty that they have implemented with their business! I have been with them for a couple years and I’ve never had a problem with them! So if you need a print or whatever they are definitely there and the best to do it! Better than the actual post office!

This location is so convenient! The staff here is always very friendly, and they do a great job of taking care of my postal needs. I live in Shadow Creek neighborhood and it is much easier for me to come here vs. the post office on Cullen which there is always lots of traffic to get to. I will continue to use this business whenever I have shipping/postal needs. Ali provided a wonderful customer service experience!
