The food here was good. The chilaquiles was better than I have had at other places in town. Wife had the Gringos and said it was good also. The sweet Tea is good. Also wasn't too busy when we arrived. Waitress was very friendly. They have a large selection to choose from.

There’s not much to see here, but the food is great. Prices are very reasonable. Reminds me of when I was a kid and my friend’s mom would make us home made Mexican food.

It feels like you are sitting in their family dining room. You are treated as if you are part of the family. Props to great service!

My friend and I visited Don Jesus last Friday for brunch to catch up. I had never had their breakfast menu but when my friend ordered their biscuits with gravy it sounded so good that I had to try. I ordered mine with sausage patties and over medium eggs. The service was prompt and very friendly. The server engaged with us beyond just taking our order and made me feel very comfortable. The atmosphere was very calm and peaceful, which is lovely for having brunch and catching up with friends. Our food arrived quickly and at the perfect temperature. The only complaint I had was that the sausage patties were too salty for me to eat, which is generally the nature of patty sausage so I don't hold that against the restaurant. However, I really am writing this review to rant about the biscuits. I have NEVER had a biscuit so tender and fluffy in my life! They were delectable, buttery little clouds that melted on the tongue and made me a hazard to myself. I could not get enough! The gravy was smooth and creamy, enhancing each bite of delicate biscuit without overwhelming it with spices. It was absolute perfection and I will be going back for more! Oh and the eggs were cooked perfectly over medium as well.

Food came out hot, fresh and fast. Good service for being near closing.

Excellent, A family owned n operated. When I moved back home in 2006 from Colorado, I met this family. One of the sons was in his carrier , now he is one of the cooks. His older sister was around 6 she is now a waitress and graduated from high school. Owners Jesus & Maria are are workers family oriented and an asset to the community. Law abiding citizens. We had the best waitress tonight. She was so friendly and was an outstanding waitress. Our food came out fast and fresh. We really love coming here because the food is great and the employees are amazing! The prices are very reasonable also. Thanks for always making our experience great.

Came to Pleasanton hadn't visited for a good minute, came to visit my dad at nursing facility we from San Antonio, stop to eat before heading home this place was in our path had the number 5, it was extremely awesomeness enjoyed every bite will highly recommend this place back home. Thank you for the great customer service too.

I love this place, great food, everything I've tried I've loved. I'm picky. I love soft tripas. Breakfast. All plates and seafood. They're fast service is awesome. Friendly waitresses. Good people own business for quite awhile.

We're visiting from Phoenix, az and my in laws love this place. So they ordered a bunch of breakfast tacos for us and they're so good. We've had them the last 3 mornings. Bacon, egg n cheese. Sausage, egg n cheese. bacon, cheese n potatoe tacos. All delicious. We'll definitely have these next time we visit.

Very good food... Best chips and salsa I have had anywhere. The number 4 was outstanding. I will be sure to eat here again. Well priced too.

Stopped here on our way home from South Padre Island and it was excellent!!! Definately on the list to go again when passing thru the next time. Chips and salsa were great! Hubby has Carne Asada and I had enchiladas... Both were fantastic!

⭐Had the tacos and boy they are delicious! Eggs taste great, bacon is well cooked, bean and cheese are most excellent!⭐

Surprisingly very good food.
The burgers are home made.
