Crystal is an amazing hair styling! She’s great with my bangs even though I train them wrong by clipping them back and I have a cow-lick. She’s talented and friendly, making you feel like you’ve known her for years. Her team is cohesive and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. If she’s not available anyone on her team can accommodate yours requests just as well.

I live in Cibolo, but it’s only a 15 minute drive and so worth it. The pricing is fair for everything you get. She recommended a moisturizing product for my very thirsty hair to sleep with at night. I’m hoping the next time I come in she can see a difference! I searched for years to find a salon that I could call home and I filling it with The Fixx on 280 N. Business I35 ste 600, New Braunfels, TX.

I'm a nervous person going into any salon because I've had my fair share of hair accidents since moving here. But once I set down I explained/showed what and how I wanted (even through my nervous babling) she understood,got exactly what I was saying, and went to work with confidence and delivered amazing results! Gacelyn did such a great job! I'm in love with my hair results! I've also seen Shelby M. She is fantastic as well. Both ladies are patient,passionate and understanding.

I had my hair cut with Kara for the second time today and she is the absolute best! She listens and gives me exactly what I ask for and offers solutions to help Fixx my hair problems. She is easy to talk to and it’s fun to sit in her chair.

Jessica does awesome work! She’s great with color and gives perfect haircuts! It’s always fun to visit with her, too. The shop has all the products you might need to maintain healthy hair. Customer service is excellent!

Rachel is a kind person. I arrived late to my appt. she still had time to wash and cut my hair and helped me understand what was going on with my hair and how to fix my issue. She is amazing I’m so fortunate to have her as my hairdresser.

Shelby is so amazing, she explains every step thoroughly and listens to you what your hair goals are. She makes suggestions on what’s best for your hair type and what you are wanting to get done!
