Colonial Banking

I have been a customer for more than 25 years with Colonial Savings. I can bank anywhere, but choose Colonial Savings because of the personal attention I always receive when I’m doing business at the bank. I always feel like a part of the family and not just a number like any other bank I’ve used in the past. Yvette and her team are at the top of their game. I highly recommend Colonial Savings to all of my family, friends and clients. Keep up the great work.

When we moved to Texas in the early 80's we had many great experiences with the Colonial Banking Team in those early years. Approximately10-15 years later we moved our banking services to the bigger guys. Then approximately a year ago we decided to move our banking services back to the Colonial Banking Team in Lewisville Tx. We have been very blessed by Yvette opening our new Colonial Bank accounts and also Lisa and Jeannie helping us with our daily banking needs. Yesterday we had what appeared to be potential fraud on one of our debit cards and I mistakenly agreed for the Colonial Fraud department to close that debit card to issue a new one. About 30 min later I realized it wasn't fraud and then Lisa called me to help reverse the cancelling of our debit card. Lisa, Yvette, and Jeannie were successful with making that happen and Lisa called us this morning to give the wonderful news. We are very blessed and appreciate our local Colonial Banking Team.

I am really pleased for this opportunity to let folks know how I feel about the Lewisville, TX branch of Colonial Banking. Its like doing business with family. Its like the "Marcus Welby" of banking. When out of the norm activity happens on one of my accounts I get a call. It lets me know my funds are safe and that someone cares. When I or my wife visit the bank our needs can be effectively addressed by any one of them - Yvette, Lisa, or Jeannie. One time I had an occurrence with some individuals who I thought were with Hewlett Packard on-line but things started seeming to turn unusual in nature - while I had them on the phone and on-line my wife called the bank. Yvette dropped what she was doing to immediately safe guard my accounts from outside sources - not a penny was lost. Jeannie and Yvette then helped us set up new accounts AND walked us thru options to maximize the interest we could earn. I am always telling friends about the opportunities there. I cannot imagine even thinking of not banking with the 3 ladies in Lewisville.

My parents have been banking with this institution for many years now. Over 40+ I believe although at various locations. Due to my father's age and medical condition, I am now helping him out with his finances. Ms. Hillebrand has been quite helpful in making the process a smooth transition. Many kudos to her for the advice and prompt service to make this happen. Thank you.

Yvette is absolutely AMAZING. She is always kind and helpful especially to my elderly parents and remembers them by name and asks about the grandkids and new great-grandkids. Lisa and Jeannie are always helpful and do everything in their power to ensure that the commitment to accuracy and excellence is carried out in every encounter that I have with either of the three people. It is always a joy to do business with the branch in Lewisville. They should be training all the other branches.

I've been banking with Colonial Savings in Lewisville, TX since 1987. I've always received outstanding customer service. The most recent example of this service was when I recently opened a CD. Jeannie Dinsdale with the assistance of Yvette Hillebrand handled my request with great efficiency and professionalism. I've lived in Missouri for the last 12 years, but my banking needs will remain in Texas with Colonial Savings!
