I had a problem with the starting system on my old CJ7 while traveling. They had the parts I needed when I needed them. They were nice enough to let me take a battery outside to make sure it would fit in my battery tray before purchasing it.

I’m very happy with the services they offer and provide. I will definitely return to this business.

The Staff at O'Reilly's generally are very helpful, especially towards us Seniors and or Non-Mechanically inclined folks.
I'm in both "brackets" 😂 Old, and not too mechanically inclined. I appreciate those at O'Reilly's who have recently been a big help to me.

Just wanted to say a sincere big THANK U to Carl at O’Reilly in New Braunfels. He went over & beyond to help me figure out why the new bulbs I bought for my taillights weren’t working & figured out I also needed a new socket, after I was in a hit & run earlier that week. Carl was definitely my New Years hero & made it possible for me to work & drive safely. After a horrible week, his stellar costumer service made me have faith in humanity again. He said “sometimes things just take a little more thought & extra effort.” A rare quality these days & I’m just grateful & fortunate I was on the receiving end! Give this man praise & a raise 🙌🏼

Excellent job on working on small battery at no cost. Quick charge and battery was still bad. Advised me that a show charge on the little battery may work. So slow charged it all night and it came back good. Did not attempt to sale me knew battery after quick charge. I will be back.

What a blessing it was to come here today. The assistant manager, Irene, was so helpful! She was patient, knowledgeable and just over all a great person to help me with my battery! All the employees at this store are very helpful and highly suggest coming here for any of your car needs!

I always have such a great experience here. The gentleman that sold me the windshield wipers was so nice to install them for me. Yes I know it's offered but he did it without hesitation and very friendly.

My last visit was to pick up the special order banjo bolt they got for me. AWESOME!!! This girl was thorough. She made sure it was the right part, called me As Soon As It Arrived. She double checked EVERYTHING, with A QUICKNESS!! A WONDERFUL visit, especially after the Advance store across the street had sold me the wrong bolt, then acted like I didn't know what I was talking about when I questioned the visual differences between it and my old one....

They ordered my oil and filter from the main hub and was there by 1:30 it was Great thanks yall

Awesome parts store! I've bought several alternators for my Camry here and they are totally cool with the lifetime warranty. The bearings keep going out on the alternator. I don't think that's an O'Reilly thing, it's a manufacturer thing. The service and selection is totally spot on! Love it here! Thanks for all you do folks!

Kuddos to this store in particular, Gary went above and beyond on a hot day back in March who was able to help my mom who’s battery was dying. He was able to help her change it out with tools we didn’t haven’t and installed new pair of battery terminals that was needed on top of everything. Really a life saver when she needed it the most! APPRECIATE-CHA!

Great place, friendly service, my go to for auto or mower parts that I may need.

Very polite staff. A little slow, but very knowledgeable. They were the only ones in town that had my part. You can get loaner tools from them the same as their competition. You can join the reward program and get points for rewards you can cash in later. Very well stocked store. Two locations in New Braunfels.
I will return for part needs in the future.
