NB Glass is the go to company if you need glass products. Luke did the initial estimate and was very helpful and knowledgeble. Robert and LJ installed my glass shoer doors. They were professional and also knowledgeable.Try this company. You won't be disappointed.

NB Glass was easy to work with and had the best prices I could find on custom shower glass. They sent me an estimate based on my measurements along with a diagram for verification, had their guys come measure and order the glass, and then had the custom glass delivered and installed in only less than 2 weeks! I had no complaints and will definitely hire NB Glass again and will continue to refer them to friends!

NB glass installed a new mirror in our bathroom and they did an excellent job. They arrived on time and were very professional and nice. The whole team was very nice and helpful starting with Mayela, when we walked into the office she greeted us and was so helpful and nice. I don’t remember the 2 gentlemen’s name that installed our mirror but they were great. I highly recommend NB glass and I would definitely use them again. Very satisfied customers!

I recently used NB Glass for a tough project out at Canyon Lake. We had a shower that was causing some issues - just a touch remodel/install. I asked to speak to the owner to try and solve the problem. He called me, and he then came out with this crew to figure out a way. The guys did a fantastic job and we could not be happier. We had a comparable bid from a competitor that does good work, but once we got started with NG Glass there was no way we were going to consider anyone else. Price and service, and execution - 5 stars!

Super happy with NB glass company. I had originally had a window w a bad seal and hired a contractor (Pearson Glass and Mirror) who installed a replacement that was a completely botched job and disappeared with my money leaving me with a mess. Thankfully, New Branfels Glass was able to quickly come out and do proper measurements and ordered a new window. Yesterday, Robert and Kevin came on time and installed a brand new window which matches the existing windows. They turned my bad experience from a crook into a new positive experience. Robert and Kevin were efficient and polite. They also cleaned up after the install and cleaned the window. Additionally, they were able to resolve the damage from the previous botched install. I’m very happy with NB Glass and will use them for any future window replacements. This is a great company with extensive experience and professional office management as well as installation specialists who know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them and appreciate their help.

This year, 2022, has been very busy for glass companies such that they have had a combination of more work and less technicians resulting in an inability to prosecute work.

After waiting 5 months for a response from various companies, I was led to contact NB Glass for my monolithic sliding glass shower doors.

With over 40 years in the construction business, I've found that realistic, if not low, expectations can be the secret to satisfaction with a completed project.

That said, NB Glass stepped up, got me a quote and completed the work quite well in a reasonable time frame at a competitive price with little. drama. It's all I wanted. As an update, they installed the door as I wanted which resulted in it leaking as it was not standard. NB Glass came back and reversed the doors for me and I'm even more pleased.

The entire team at NB Glass is fantastic. Our shower door needed a true custom design, to be angled follow the sloped ceiling. The results were simply phenomemal, and better than we even imagined. From the quote, scheduling and installation, we received professional, excellent service. And the price was reasonable as well. We are extremely pleased with the company and service. We own a business in town and when our biggest window got several cracks after a freeze, we were left with having to contact different companies for quotes. NB had the most reasonable price. They worked around our hectic schedule, were punctual, professional and did a fantastic job!!!

We used NB glass for a frameless shower door installation. The company was professional, courteous and competent. A slight mismeasurement during the initial install resulted in them ordering a new door with the correct fitment vs trying to make the mismeasured one work. A slight delay in the install, but worth the wait and the new glass went in quickly with the friendly, courteous install crew who made sure to clean up after themselves and thanked us when they left. Great service from this local NB business!

Josh and Jerom came out, measured and installed over 20 glass shelves for our cabinets and built-ins in our home. They did an amazing job. Everything fit perfectly and looks beautiful. They were professional and courteous and went above and beyond in answering questions and ideas and just overall friendly! The office contact Mayela also was friendly, helpful, courteous, quick with quotes, and scheduling for install.

I had my door window installed sooner than scheduled, which was great. The installers were very professional and respectful of my property. Awesome job gentlemen!

We had our shower updated to frameless, and the result is a fantastic new shower which seems much larger than before. The install crew was meticulous in removing the old glass and installing and aligning the new enclosure. I can really appreciate the craftmanship involved after watching how precise the glass placement has to be to have a fantastic final product. Special thanks to Mayela in the office for fulfilling our needs which we first communicated to NB Glass a full year ago. The install technicians are definitely top notch.

I have a custom shower which required 2 unique custom glass shower doors. I was in the area so just walked into the NB Glass shop and immediately received great service. They came out and measured the shower the next day as scheduled and provided some positive advice on installation and design. The glass was custom ordered, delivered on-time and installed as discussed. It was terrific service and very good communication during the entire process. I was out of town a lot during this process and they worked flexibly with my schedule. Great job all around and pricing was less than 2 other shops. I recommend using New Braunfels glass for your custom glass needs.

Great customer service! The two young men that came out, Josh and Ben, were very professional and kind. They removed builder grade bathroom mirrors quickly and were careful to not damage anything. Super impressed with the response and professionalism of NB Glass and their installers, Josh and Ben. They came out to measure and were also able to cut and install the piece of glass I needed in the same day, saving me the frustration scheduling another appointment. They gave me options and pro's and con's to let me make the right decision for what I needed within my price range. Had NB Glass repair a broken bedroom window. Someone came out, measured and gave me an estimate. They ordered glass and set up time when glass came in. They had old window glass out and new one replaced and cleaned in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and would use them again.

Very professional the whole team couldn't be nicer. I had an unusual request for my shower door, we wanted towel bar's installed on the outside, all I can say is the price was outstanding and the glass and towel bars are beautiful. I will definitely use NB Glass again.

I shopped around before I called, so I was aware of pricing. NB Glass was a no-brainer: they were efficient, polite, competent and installed a beautiful seamless door that took the look of my bathroom out of the last century and into this one. Oh, and they had the best price!
