Bluebonnet Ford Service

Absolutely Love Bluebonnet Ford for service on my RV. They were able to quickly repair my RV after unexpected damage resulted from a theft attempt. Joe went above and beyond to save my upcoming trip, even sourcing impossible to find parts due to a nationwide backlog. I’ve rarely seen this level of awesome customer service! 11/10 … A++ … and any other superlatives you can think of! Thanks team.. I’m so appreciative!

This is my second time using bluebonnet and the service was excellent both times.
I needed a recall so there was some scheduling hassle because even tough they scheduled it and updated me via text, they didn’t initially have the part in stock- but in the end, they got the part in time to keep the original appointment. They also offered me shuttle service to work and had it done same day. Gary in the service department was incredibly professional to deal with.
Can’t give them enough credit especially after dealing with other dealerships in San Antonio specifically on the North East side.

We just moved to the area and I switched from a home town dealer to Bluebonnet. The Quick lube staff is so kind they have an amazing waiting room so I could work why I waiting they have everything you need in the waiting area. They directed me to the awesome service department to get scheduled for a few things. I would honestly give them a 10. Text messages the whole time you wait then follow ups after you leave. They really care about customers even when you are just here for oil changes or service. Thank you for being kind and helpful and not act like customers are bothering you.

John Sparkman was my service representative. He was extremely competent and helped us in a time of great need when we were out of town traveling in Texas. The entire service department at Bluebonnet Ford did a masterful job repairing a very serious problem with my Transit van. Real experts at what they do. Everyone there was courteous and helpful. I only wish they were located in my hometown. The dealership is a class act. Very, very highly recommend:

Bluebonnet did service on my 20/20 edge. It was a drivetrain issue they took care of it while I waited. Service department was excellent people were very friendly and got me out in no time! A big thanks to Spencer Brant for all his help.

Overall 100,000 mile maintenance, long overdue. I'm very happy with the service provided. A bit pricey but I feel it was worth it. I tried local independent shops but not satisfied with their lack of response.
I will continue to use BB Ford as long as I owe my vehicle.
By the way, the waiting area is very nice, clean, and comfortable. All staff members are awesome!

After going through a car wash in town, the antenna was broken off of my 2014 Ford Escape. We brought it here to have it fixed, and not only did they order the antenna part and fix that, but they fixed a valve in the back of my car that we had bought the part for but couldn’t fix ourselves. While they had my car, they found 2 recalls and worked on those for us as well. We dropped the car off as soon as they opened and it was ready to go around noon the same day. Picking up the car was an easy process and the ladies at the desk were extremely kind and helpful. They also quoted us a higher amount than what we ended up paying, which was a nice surprise. Overall very happy with the way things went and the service at Bluebonnet Ford.

Didn’t have an appointment but I had an issue with a recalled part malfunctioning. They fixed it same day and car was ready in a few hours. Great/friendly service from the staff.

Went in for an oil change and the service was much more tailored fohe my car than your typical oil change service. The staff was knowledgeable and customer friendly . Pricing was fair and timing was better than expected

Make the appointment was quick and easy. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The serve was excellent. I will definitely use Bluebonnet again for service on my truck.

So I went for an oil change and a simple Modular reset. These guys went above and beyond and found an issue, no recall, and they fixed that too. They stayed in touch with me and never complained every time I called and I called allot. John S. was outstanding, very informative and supportive.

Excellent service department!!

#1 - A lot of folks expect a dealership service department to be able to drop everything and get them fixed up. I get that we all need our vehicles, but that's a double-edged sword - you need your vehicle, I need mine, and each of our neighbors needs theirs. And this dealership in our rapidly growing town is doing a darn fine job of taking care of all they can. So, set your expectations correctly going in. You aren't the only one that needs service, and A LOT of stuff is still back-ordered, but amazingly it's not news currently.

All that said, I had a very odd issue with my F150 (2022 model) that another dealership(the selling dealer) blew off and refused to work with me on. Bluebonnet's management got word of the issue that I was having, INVITED ME IN, and got not only the issue I was having fixed but also covered other peripheral parts that 'might have been damaged' under warranty.

Now, I used to work in dealership service departments, and I know good and bad service when I see it. Bluebonnet's service is head and shoulders above any other shop I've dealt with in the last decade.

Again, I didn't say this is the fastest service ever (although I was pleasantly surprised at the speed it was handled) - it's the best. And I'll take that any day.
