Allstate - PROTEXUS GROUP - Sales Location

My experience has been very satisfactory. My insurance needs have been met beyond my expectations. I am truly in very good hands. I have got feedback, advice, courteous service, accommodation, and when i had a claim, i was processed very efficiently.

Everyone in the office is so helpful with our questions. They get back to us as soon as possible. The fact the office is located about 10 minutes from our home is a big plus. They also took up donations for the tornado school victims that occurred in Dallas.

Been with Allstate under Bill Winters for about 4 years now, using their renters insurance, and I can for sure say it has been reliable. All changes get made in a timely manner, and when I did encounter a break in/ robbery, the claims department with Allstate did everything they could to make sure I got the best out of it. So thank you!
