Really enjoyed this park. With Good Sam discount, total was $72 for two nights. We were placed in space #1, right next to the little lake and a small deck. Air-conditioned laundry room with lots of machines, and listened to the frogs all day and night. Only drawback is the highway noise, but it's a small price to pay overall. Two nice big trees shaded us nearly all day. Loved our stay!

Management is very responsive to any concerns. Can't beat the prices. Park is clean, quiet, and safe. Neighbors are great!

I've stayed for a few months. Its a quiet place with nice scenery and shade. A nice pond. High speed Internet works, cable works, laundromat is available and most importantly, it's pet friendly. So your co-pilot is welcome as well. There's 2 dog runs available to let them play off the leash. It's a nice place to relax. Not a place to party.

This is our second visit. We’re on our way to Texas. Last year we stopped on the way home. This place is really a great find. The staff is friendly and things are simple. We asked for a pull through and got the same site we did last year. It’s has a rural atmosphere with ponds, ducks, birds etc. Tx 19 is not too far so you will hear some traffic but it’s very relaxing.

Awesome little park. Has a whole section of long-term RVers. 4-6 sites for overnight or short stays. Site 1 has a patio right up against the pond. There are 2 toads - I heard one all night, but how often do you get that experience? The rest of my one night stay was great - quite relaxing. There is road noise but it became background noise (like white noise in an office). Strong internet. Sites 1-4 are pull-thru. Do mind the trees in Site 1 if you have a 5th wheel (not an issue; just be aware).

We booked this park on the recommendation of CMA. The park is very nice. It has 2 dog runs which our dog enjoyed. The laundry facilities are clean and well maintained with new machines installed last week. They had some dammage due to the extreme cold weather. All have been resolved. Great place to relax and enjoy. Enjoy the photos of the property.

Easy commute to town and 2 miles south of I-30 on HWY 19. This place is really nice. We like the setting as it is set in the country. The dogs barking all night are not those on the park property it is the neighboring property. We see no problem with this place. The park host Tara is very nice as well as willing to work with you and allows time for you to clean up your lot space. There are updates that are slowing being made to the park like a new dog run being built. A privacy fence is due to be put up in the near future. We thank the host and owners of the park for this opportunity to still live the life we like in our RV but in the country setting more less.

Very nice and quiet RV park, I have lived here now for over a year and so far the neighbors are friendly the park staff are very nice and helpful, clean park with nice graveled lots beautiful fishing pond with ducks and a laundry mat with 4 very well maintained and clean showers. They also have several covered lots, just call ahead for availability. This place is very popular since it's very close to lots of good dining, walmart, Lowe's a few truck stops with great food options just 1.5 miles up hTX Hwy 19 and I-30. I plan on retiring here. Love this RV park.

Very happy with our stay. There was an issue with the lot we were to be staying in which the manager took care of right away. Very easy in and out. Put this on our list of parks to stop at. Would definitely recommend this park.

Was there overnight. Experience was great! Was greated by the maintenance keeper once we got situated. They were updating the campgrounds as we were there. Maintenance came again as we were getting ready to leave to check in on our experience. For felt safe! :) would recommend.

We stayed overnight and had an electrical issue right away which turned out to be on our end. Called and a very nice gentleman was there in 5 minutes. He helped resolve our problem and told some very good stories also. Will definitely stay again.

Just call this place "Paradise"! I can't imagine any sane person giving this park any less than a 5-star rating. It's such a beautiful property, with a beautiful little lake, inhabited by several friendly ducks, including a family with 3 tiny ducklings. Lots of beautiful oak trees providing shade. The Hookups were well maintained and spotless. The dump receptical was the the most pristine I've ever seen. The lid screwed off and back on very easily (not hindered by sand, dirt, or other debris), and the deposit end of my hose easily threaded into the receptical. I really regretted having to leave this beautiful place, but we had to move on.

We were traveling and broke down. These folks were angels and helped us with everything from last minute reservation to local mechanic to introductions at a good car dealership to storing our old broken truck until the mechanic picked it up the day after we left. You just Don't get this kindness and helpfulness everywhere. Special people and sweet little campground. Highly recommended!

Mr Bill, the manager here is the hardest working person we’ve ever known. He takes amazing care of this park. We are very thankful for him. The Heitman’s.

This place was super accommodating and the staff is very helpful and exceptionally friendly. My only issue is the ants biting my feet. If y’all could spray something, that would be great 😉

Beautiful camp. It is very clean and is situated around a small lake. Ducks and geese roam freely. Nice, quiet stay.
