The Goddard School of Katy (Ranch Point)

My son attended Ms.Ash’s class and I truly see a change in his behavior. He is more responsible and mature, independent and proactive now. I truly think this school not only helps a student grow academically but also socially and emotionally. They also organize many interesting events throughout the year and make you feel very welcome! I 100% recommend this school!

My child has spent several wonderful months in the Get Set class at this Goddard school. My kid’s teacher Ms. Tasha consistently provides detailed and personalized updates and fun photos/videos daily. Her caring approach has not only created a nurturing environment but has also played a crucial role in installing good behaviors in my child. I appreciate the effort and dedication she brings to the classroom. From caring teachers to engaging activities, Goddard school truly offers a complete package for our child’s early education.

The Goddard School of Katy has been a very accommodating and loving place. Miss Elisha, Miss Melanie, and Miss Erika are all excellent teachers and have been responsive to any concerns we have had. My toddler always talks about his teachers while at home, and tells us he wants to see them even on the weekends. The front office staff have been very welcoming each day we come in, and treat us like family. Mrs. Ruby is very helpful, accommodating, and has welcomed us since day one. I would definitely recommend this childcare to anyone in search for a trusting and quality care for their kiddo.

Our older son attended Goddard Ranch Point from 1 yr old until he started Kindergarten. They had him more ready than I could ever imagine to start elementary. Now our youngest is there and has completed moved up from two rooms so far. Ms. Samantha in the baby room is amazing with these children. Ms. Elyshia in the next room up was fantastic with the kids as they are quickly evolving in their development. These teachers have had great impacts on our child's life and we are sure as we continue to move up through that we will continue to experience the same.

My family likes this school as all the teachers are very friendly and have been with the school for a long time. This school teaches many curriculum and behavior things. My little one keeps telling us at home “my school has this, my school says that”. This school has a gym so kids enjoy a lot of fun time when they can not go out to the playground. This school hosts many events similar to an elementary school. The international night is the best I have so far. Recently my little one transitioned into a higher class. This school took steps to let him be familiar with new environment and new friends. We received a lot of pictures and videos to show us his progress during the transition.

Everyone that I have met at The Goddard School (Ranch Point) has been wonderful and extremely helpful. My daughter loves attending and that is one of the most important things to me. She is learning so much, she has so much fun and she looks forward to going to daycare every morning. We are incredibly happy with this school.

The Goddard school staff at Ranch Point Drive does an incredible job with updating and maintaining a kid friendly environment. The management team is always engaged with teachers, parents, children and the community.

Ms. Ashley and Ms. Diana always go above and beyond to ensure that the children are having learning experiences each and every day. We are very appreciative for skills developed in our our son and the love received. We highly recommend this school to other families.

Both of our daughters have had a wonderful time at Goddard and learned a lot! Ms. Elyshia has definitely been a favorite teacher for our youngest, she still peeks into her room every time we pass by as does our older daughter during pick up time! They love saying hi to her and giving her hugs. She is so calm and caring with little ones and always gets a smile from my girls! Our oldest daughter enjoyed both Ms. Chrissy and Ms. Ash’s classes and still talks about their classes even though she’s moved on to kindergarten!

As the parent of 3 kids who went to Goddard Ranch Point and my second child in Ms. Ash’s class currently. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She is truly caring, kind, and cultivates a bond with each child. She has been amazing with both of my kids and I can’t wait for my 3rd to have her. She strives to ensure our children are pushed academically and truly set up for life long success! Thank you Mrs. Ash for all you do!!!!

Our two kids have been at at this Goddard for about 3 months, and we are so impressed with the care, level of organization and quality of the education. Daily, they share detailed and personalized updates in the mobile app with plenty of pictures and videos. There's both routine and variety in every day with a big emphasis on play and learning life skills. Ms. Ash has taught our son more in three months than he learned in an entire year at his prior pre-K room (also a Goddard). You can see how much she loves the kids and teaching them. Ms. Tiffany has been so patient and kind with our daughter and helping her adjust to a big move, potty training, and finding new friends.

There are so many great family events: International Week which was a beautiful and immersive celebration of countries across the world, Trunk or Treat, Veterans parade, book fair, pumpkin pie distribution for Thanksgiving. The extra Spanish, sign language, and music learning are just added bonuses! Communication is excellent, and they really go the extra mile for the kids.

Mrs. Sam in the infants room is hands down the best teacher of all time. It is hard as a working mother to leave your baby with someone else. She is a mother of three herself and understands the struggle of being a new mom and a working mom. She gave daily updates and loved on my sweet baby as if it was her own. She is an absolute gem and can't rave about her enough. We love you, Mrs. Sam!

I wanted to express my profound gratitude for having Ms. Ashlee and Ms. Diana as the teachers in the Preschool 2 class. There are several aspects I'd like to highlight:

Video Updates: As a working parent who is away from my 4-year-old daughter for the entire day, I often wonder how she is behaving and what she is learning. Receiving informative videos that go beyond mere playground playtime is invaluable. These videos showcase my daughter learning experiences and interactions in class, providing me with a deeper insight into her development. This not only allows me to witness her social interactions but also enables me to follow up on the topics she's recently learned at home, thus maximizing her educational experience.

Concept of Saving: I appreciate the concept of awarding tokens to the children for answering questions correctly or exhibiting good behavior. Allowing them to choose between saving these tokens or spending them on items from a treasure box filled with small toys is an excellent practice for real-life financial decision-making. My daughter's inclination towards saving her tokens instead of instant gratification with toys is an encouraging sign of financial responsibility.

Homework Engagement: Unlike other daycare classes, the teachers have created a Homework folder for each child. This folder is taken home over the weekend, allowing parents to actively engage in their child's learning and curriculum. This approach aligns with what I've experienced with my older child in 1st grade and is a commendable strategy for fostering a strong parent-child educational connection.

Ms. Ashlee is truly remarkable. Her actions unmistakably convey that she is not merely fulfilling a job for a paycheck. She exudes a deep passion for teaching and genuinely cares about the children's learning experiences. Her unwavering dedication is instrumental in shaping and preparing the next generation for a brighter future.

We love the Goddard school especially the get set class with Ms. Tasha! The care that the staff shows to our son is amazing. He fees so loved and cared for with Ms. Tasha!

The director (Ms Ruby) and my my sons teacher (Ms Ash) are amazing!! My boys have learned so much in Ms. Ash's class! My boys love being in her class and have grown more independent. Ms. Ruby is such a pleasure to work with. She really listens and addresses any and all questions or concerns I have. The people here really love on and care about the kids they take care of. I'm so glad we chose them years ago and we continue to stay with them for these reasons.

I hardly every write reviews, but I had to for the Goddard summer camp. Ms. Priscilla and her staff are amazing! My daughter (just finished second grade) had never been to camp before. I work in the school district, and started a job where I work summers. I was so nervous. The camp has far exceeded any expectations that I had. The camp is so organized, structured, and FUN! My daughter is learning life lessons, making friends, attending field trips, and having the time of her life! I have never seen her so excited!! We hear all about camp daily and her excitement can't be contained. Even more importantly, they provide a safe environment and really make the kids feel welcomed. My daughter loves being at Goddard so much that she is begging me to move her there for before and after care next year rather than the YMCA that she attends now. We are so thankful to Ms. Priscilla, the camp counselors, and Goddard ownership for making this the best summer ever!!! We appreciate you all and already can't wait for next summer!

I want to share the wonderful experience that my daughter had during spring break, the children have fun, they share, the food is very healthy and delicious, as she expressed: “mommy, the food was the way you prepare it” the teachers are loving and very fun, I really recommend it

I love this school! My kids teacher ma Samantha is the absolute best she loves my kid like he is hers and my kid loves her so much! Best decision I ever made! 🤍🤍

I have two children at Goddard, one at after school with Ms Priscila and Mr. Jahlen and they are amazing, Ms Priscilia always very professional, friendly, and ready to help my son, always very happy and excited about the activities. My other son is on PK with Ms Ashraf she is always friendly and caring, and she helped my son feel more confident and prepared for his school life. We are very grateful for her dedication to our family and the front desk team always on hand to help!

We have had a great experience here. We love attending the family events the school periodically has. Our son has learned so much from Ms. Ash’s class. She’s a wonderful teacher who makes learning fun while making academics a top priority. We love that she runs a very consistent and structured classroom.

I have two children that attend Goddard - Ranch Point (Infant & Preschool classes), and both kids absolutely love going to this school. The teachers have all been caring and attentive, and the school administrators help make the school feel like a family. While my kids have progressed significantly due to the school’s excellent academic program, I am grateful that my kids can still be “kids”, have fun and learn important “soft skills” at Goddard too. All in all, we’re very happy to be a part of the Goddard “family”.
