Cinemark Tinseltown Houston 290 and XD

I hadn’t been to Tinseltown in yeaaarrrssss, we went this past weekend to see Wonka. Buying tickets online is so easy! Oh em gee the new reclining seats are so comfortable. Everything was so clean. The staff they have working the AM are so nice. The man who takes the tickets is so sweet. We had a great time with our kids. We will be going back to Tinseltown for our movie days with our family, thank you!

What a remarkable American theater with much to explore and visit highly recommended for a date night

Good, seats were very comfortable. Clean, screen was big. So move was more enjoyable.

This is our go-to theater. Spacious seats and rows, very clean seats with heat and recliner adjustments, & a bar 🥂

I’d never left a review before but a few weeks ago we went to the theater downtown and it was truly awful. The seats had holes in them, the place was a mess, and I was just super grossed out. Definitely will not be taking Tinseltown for granted again 😅

The luxury seating was great. Cinema room was clean. Bathroom was not squeaky clean. I know there's 100 people an hour eating junk food using them but, for the most part it was decent. Overall the experience was great! We got a free movie poster which was a bonus! I give it 5 stars for that. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best price in town, New recliner chairs with heating, great for cool days. Must see The Beekeeper Awesome movie. I will go back soon. Thanks for making movies cheap to watch.

Love Tuesdays it’s cheap and also the only day i have time to go to the movies glad the large drinks have free refills again.

Old school theater with a lot of history in Houston. Can’t beat the prices. They re modeled the theaters a few years back. Parking has electric car chargers. It’s a cool spot to grab some cheap tickets. Don’t expect a bougie theater

I always order my tickets online it’s always a faster and easier way. Just come in an a helpful employee will scan ur code on mobile device. Lines at the snacks seem long but the wait time be very short 2-4min wait. People are always nice and gets ur snacks out fast. Movie rooms does instead to get cold to bring ur jacket or blanket.

I have come here a couple of times with friends. This is a really nice theatre with very comfortable HEATED seats that recline for a REALLY REALLY good price. I love that they offer hot Cheetos with melted cheese (drool) so delicious! Sound and video quality is great!

This is our favorite movie theater! It's less expensive than most others, & super comfortable seats. Plus, they have Coke Zero, which makes my husband happy!

I haven't been there in many years, but I used to go there with a good friend of mine to catch some good movies. I really loved their soft chairs which also rocked back and forth.

Fun experience with the kids, comfortable seats, but expensive food(what else do you expect at a movie theatre) so no loss in stars for that.

My go to on Saturday or Sunday morning. Great prices and good menu from their mini restaurant area! Plus you can seat and eat if you want in the seating area. Always one for the win with this one. The arcade is a great thing for the kiddos after the movie.

Nice, clean and temperature comfy. Seats also comfortable, Audio good, not too loud. Had a great experience.

***No Pictures ☹*** Part of our trip to Houston. This was the perfect filler. Had a nice time at the the theater. Just sad to see it so empty.

Clean facility. Comfortable seats that recline. Staffers whom I talked to all were very nice and friendly. Picture and sound quality were excellent. Matinee price was good. Want to go back and try some of the food and drink. They have some interesting snacks and alcoholic beverages as well as the usual theater food. Also was pleasantly surprised that they had a few seasonal decorations in the lobby, which made this place personable.

After two long years of not going to a theater (Covid reasons), this place really delivered. Super clean, very friendly staff, and awesome seats. We certainly missed the big screen and will be back to this particular location soon!

What's there not to love about your neighborhood movie theater. No it's not an iPic experience but the movie tickets are very reasonably priced, concessions give me what I need, the seats recline, sound quality is good and I like to go here every Monday for what I call "Movie Mondays". Great family place!

Aquaman was great! We sat in the chairs that shook when there were action shots. Fun!
