Pastor Rudy And Juanita, Are The Only Two, That I Will Eva Call Pastor. They, Trusted Me, When I Was Coming Off “That Gurl”.. they didn’t just talk at me.. they showed me Love.. If you’re ever looking to do some
community service, they have amazing opportunities! I’m glad they take care of the people downtown! To be able to serve with them is a blessing.

We were visiting Houston for the weekend and had the privilege of attending the 9am service yesterday. Spectacular is the first word that comes to mind! The spirit is alive and well here! We'll be back! 🙏

Awesome service. Very friendly and helpful people. Enjoyed every aspect of the service and the jazz in the sanctuary. I will definitely return and consider making it my church home.

I've been going to St. Johns on and off since 2009-2010. It's a loving environment. The congregation is quite diverse within each service. O how i love when they have alter call and all the older women pray with no schedule ... the spirit is always present and the choir... the choir is awesome. They have a sound that reminds you of Kirk Franklin and the family. I pray that if you are reading this you are moved to visit and attend At least once...

I have been apart of St John's since before I moved to Houston 20 years ago. And it's a blessing to feel the spirit this time I walk through the doors. God bless pastors Rudy and Juanita Rasmus I love you and there's nothing that you can do about it. All things are possible through Christ Jesus who strengthens us.

Since 1992, Pastors Rudy and Juanita have been real, transparent and full of love. The love that is felt here is cannot be described as anything other than "just what you need". Ministering to the homeless, hungry and those in need of hope has always been the mission of St John's Downtown.
Amazing people loving others. Come visit at 8 or 10am at 2019 Crawford at Gray.

Goes there to Volunteer for Bread of Life on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month. Food Distribution is every 1 Saturdays of the month from 9am-1pm and every 3rd Saturdays is Food and Supply Distribution at 2019 Crawford St Houston, TX 77002

The building is beautiful and so are the people.

I can't describe the feeling of peace I get every time I visit this church; I liked it so much I became a member and have never been so happy. Everyone should experience the love of St. John's.

I have been a member of St John's since 1994 and I have had a Blessed experience every since. I love pastor Rudy &Juanita for being who they are leading our church.

I so love St John's. The only church I know you can walk in Empty, Unsure, Doubtful, and come out with a New Understanding, Grateful, Encouraged. It will change your Life.

I always feel the spirt and the love, when I'm at St. John's. The service, singing and comedy performances, was fantastic.

This is a very good church to go to pastor Rudy gives a great and inspirational message each time I come here and the congregation is warm and friendly but most importantly it's a place to honor God to the fullest.
