It’s been years since I last let someone touch my hair due to me being very particular on who I let touch it. Pam, however not only restored my hair but educated me in the process AND I ended up getting my feet done too! Absolutely love this one stop shop service and will be call Restoration hair salon my new hair home

My first microlocs retie and Ashley did the best work! She was friendly, gentle and continuously checked in with me to make sure it wasn’t too tight. While she worked on my hair she advised me on best products to use and how to properly take care of my locs.

Service was A1 and would definitely recommend everyone to get their locs done here whether you’re starting the journey or just maintaining it!

First of all, customer service was 💯% on point. This was my first visit and I enjoyed it. She was kind, calm, patient, friendly, professional, and very good at her job. My retwists didn't hurt too. And she gives amazing scalp massages, omg!!!!!

I would give 10 stars if I could. From the moment I called and Jeff picked up the phone everything was great! Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pam was over the top amazing! I was a walk in and she squeezed me in last minute and I am so grateful. My hair has NEVER looked as good as it did when I left Restoration Hair Salon. Pam, Jeff and the rest of the staff were so friendly and personable. Getting my hair done has always felt like a chore for me but now it will be something I look forward to since I will be a returning customer at Restoration. Pam took her time to make sure my hair was bone straight which is what i asked for. She even noticed I struggle with dry skin on my neck and it is now clearing up thanks to Pam’s amazing cream that she makes herself. I felt so comfortable and at home while getting my hair done. Been going to Pam over 2 years now. The love she has for her clients hair is unmatched, I haven't seen any other salon in the state of Texas giving service on her leval... She even sales hair products oils and butter salp cream for dreads. I appreciate all you do to help me..

This was my first time visiting this salon and it was a great experience. Pam is very knowledgeable and is more than happy to answer any questions you may have. She takes the time to assess each client’s hair and comes up with a game plan to help clients achieve their hair goals. The salon itself is clean and tastefully decorated. The staff are nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a salon that caters to black/natural hair.

The original and only "Doctor hair whisperer"! This woman puts care, time, effort, and LOVE into each hair experience EVERY time you sit in her chair! She makes my hair and scalp feel exceptional! When you come see Pam you aren't just coming to see a stylist, you are coming to a Master of her trade...the best at caring for your hair and a great vibe in her shop! I have been coming for years! Luis was an amazing barber, this was my first time using him ( I typically go to Jeff). He was able to give my kids the haircut they wanted. 10/10 I’d recommend this salon/barbershop

Loved this place, really down to earth feeling in here. The place is covered in beautiful artwork to admire. I get my cuts from Julian(Juju) here. He's the best barber I've ever had and practically a brother at this point. Sometimes, I can't tell if I'm going in more for the haircut or the great time we have together.

I usually come to Jeff to get my kids hair cut. He was off today so I am trying a new barber here. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted done to my kids hair but Luis took everything in that I said I’d like to see done and fixed my kids up for this back to school haircut.

I went here today and had an appointment with Pam! I last got my hair cut a year ago and had a terrible experience, just not getting what I wanted. I've been nervous to get my hair cut again but I took a leap today. Pam is SO knowledgeable and did an amazing job! Knowing I had a bad experience before, she walked me through how a proper cut is done and listened to what I wanted! She is now my go to person and will definitely be returning when I need a regular cut, not a "desperate because it's been a year" cut. Go here, you won't be disappointed!

Pamela the owner does my locs. I love that she loves hair. She just doesn't sit you down and start working on your hair. She examined and inspect to make sure she takes care of any hair issues that you may not be aware of. She uses quality products. She will make sure you look your best. Top knotch service.

Gave it 5 ⭐ but would give 10 if I could! Juju’s an amazing barber and always live with the clippers. He always comes thru when he confirms appointments on theCut app. Always on time and carries a great vibe whether it’s conversation or music in the background. Highly recommend him if you stay in Austin! 💯

I’m Sheba and a client of Pam.... this is my 3rd time going to this salon and I’m never disappointed! She takes the time to listen and also informed me of haircare products that are beneficial for my hair. Pam is professional, courteous and knows her stuff. I’m very picky about who does my hair... normally only visiting a shop once but Pam has did such a good job I’ll continue to go back!
