I cannot begin to express my appreciation, gratitude and thankfulness for the people at Hurley Funeral Home. I have never been treated with such compassion and unquestioning trust. They are family. They have taken care of both of our parents and handled so much for me that I know nothing about. The insurance company made a huge mistake and Hurley has not been compensated yet. No one has asked or questioned me about the bill but they immediately offered me help and available grief assistance if i needed it as well as invaluable direction! What a world it would be if everyone had such compassion and devotion in the service to each other. Such respect, patience and understanding in the handling of our family. Thank you all. The Hurley Funeral team was excellent with getting all our wants and needs answered. The team was avail and was able to transport my late father during the snow storm at night when we thought it would take a few days. There was constant communication and they went above and beyond our expectations.

We definitely recommend them if you are looking to have your loved ones handled with great care. I personally had never had to arrange a funeral, but Casey/Patrick and team did an amazing job explaining and making recommendations! The day my dad passed, Hurley's was very considerate when taking my dad out of our home. When my family went in to plan his service they met every detail and paired us with Pastor Scott. The day of the service everything was beautiful, Kate did an amazing job with the video and songs. Pastor Scott was a blessing to our family and I know in my heart my dad would of appreciated everything. Since the process for our fathers funeral started and all the way till the end, The Hurley Funeral staff was so helpful, kind and completely understood what we needed and wanted in order for the services to go smoothly. When a loved one suddenly and unexpectedly passes away you are immediately overwhelmed with decisions that have to be made quickly, but when that loved one lives hundreds of miles away it can make things even harder. Patrick Hurley and the staff of Hurley Funeral Home are amazing! I made a mistake in my mother's obituary, I called in a panic at 8:30p.m. and he answered my call Immediately. Before I could hang up it was already corrected. They took excellent care of my mother's remains. The ladies In the office were So sweet and helpful with all my questions. They even called me a few weeks after the funeral to see if there was anything I needed or that they could do for me. The last two years Hurley Funeral Home has provided the burial services for both my mother and father. Both services were done in a loving and professional manner. Pat made sure that all of our needs were met. My father did not pass in Pleasanton, but I wanted to make sure that Hurley took care of the arrangements in San Antonio. The service was very moving. They explained me step by step all we needed to do, were very patient and even went beyond on their support since right in those moments I needed traveled out of town because other loved one deceased and put in hold part of the formalities until I got back and could finished the last will of my aunt. Hurley Funeral home was really professional from coming to pick up my wife from the hospital and to setting up an appointment to make the funeral arrangements. Mr. Patrick Hurley was thorough in explaining every step of the way. From the way my wife was presented for the viewing and rosary and taken to the church for the mass. They went out of their way to drive by our house one last time for my wife Anna. It was special to me and my sons and sisterinlaw. At the graveside for interment they real accommodating to our needs and wishes. Once again Thank You to Mr Patrick Hurley and the staff.

Everyone was very helpful during this trying time for my family and I. We’ve used Hurley’s Funeral Home for years, and have had good experiences with them. During times like these you want no stress and for things to go as planned especially going from one state to another and that’s what we got. Thank you to Casey & everyone involved in coordinating everything and helping to make my mother’s last wishes happen.

It’s always a difficult and stressful time and one that is very rare. Katherine was very patient at helping us navigate through all the different avenues that had to be traveled in this process. My brother had passed and he didn’t have a wife or children. My siblings and I made his arrangements. We had to make several assumptions as to what he would have wanted. We changed our minds several times during this process and Hurley was always accommodating. I expected that everything we had requested concerning the service , the priest, the time, the procession, and the Cemetary plot would not be totally accepted and approved. Or that there would be something we missed. But it was excellent. All of it was as we wanted it to be. In the end it was all that we wanted and more. The visitation and the service went better than I expected. It was a beautiful service and I appreciate everything that Katherin and the staff at Hurley Funeral Home did to help us.
