We've been very pleased with the responsiveness of everyone at Cole Insurance Agency. They've been very helpful anytime we had a question about policy changes, rates, etc.

I had the best ever insurance experiences with Allstate. Recently my car was hit in parking lot and driver left the scene. The process of filing my claim online was simple. I chose the company for repairs. The company called in about an hour to schedule an appointment. Meanwhile Allstate was calling to notify me that my deduction could be less. Instead of $500 I paid $250. Rental car, etc. The entire process was quite refreshing.

As a first time car owner Shelley explained everything in detail and made it sooo easy to understand! She was patient with my questions and took the extra time needed to make the process smooth. 10/10 would recommend!

We all know that People make the difference not the policy. I have always received an answer to my questions with language that I understand, have never been rushed off the phone because of sharing my opinion, and to my satisfaction received complete and accurate information. If their was ever a doubt I received a call back to follow up.
I do like the yearly follow-up of my policies, I don't always like the results but then their is Policy. Thanks to ALL for the personal touch.

I have had Allstate for many years. When someone broke my car window they sent someone the same day to fix it on site. Exceptional service. And my homeowners is great. Whenever I have someone that is uninvited come out and tell me I need a new roof, etc., I just call Allstate and they send an adjustor to tell me if this is true or not. This happened last year. I did not let the guy on my roof but he insisted I needed a new roof even though mine was only 7 or 8 years old. Just to make certain I called and my Allstate adjustor happily came out and inspected the roof and took pics to show me and reassured me all was fine. It is such a relief to have a company I can trust.

Shelley was magnificent. Handled all my credits from home insurance to car insurance when they gave me a hard time. She kept her word to make it a smooth process.

I have always considered the Cole Group to be highly effective, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Tim is an ardent proponent of marketing and continually searches for "Best Practices," often overlooked by his peers. His staff is courteous, cordial and caring-- each one has unique qualities and the desire to serve. I am overwhelmed by the SUPERIOR service and support given by Laura who has nursed me along during crises-- no phone call is a disturbance; no question goes unanswered. She was concerned about my well-being after being victim of a fraudulent incident regarding my car-- and even gave me her cell # to use 24/7!! She is a treasure and a role model of customer service. Although the group is highly rated, Laura is the reason I will remain a client. BRAVO, TIM!!

Allstate has always been there! I have always received quick and reliable service. I truly appreciate the roadside and rental service they provide. Thanks Allstate for keeping me driving and safe in moments of emergencies.
