I have been a customer for a year now. I do my lashes extensions every three weeks. Never disappointed. Very good quality product. Friendly and professional staff. My technician Frida is one of the best in the area regardless of her young age. She is doing great job.
Highly recommended place.

I love coming here for my lashes and getting them done by Kay, I’m always pleased with the results from her and I love that she makes sure that I like what I’m getting and if I don’t, she is always down to fix whatever it is that I don’t like! I highly recommend her!!

Update:
Lash Touch Studio immediately reached out to me to fully assess the problem. They were attentive and apologetic to fixing the problems. I came in again and this time, Cassandra was my technician. She was amazing. Her work is meticulous. These Hybrid lashes are now fuller and longer lasting. She diligently ensures each lash is neatly on as well as re-checking to make sure it's sticking.

Additionally, reception and the salon as a whole also deserve some applause. Reception is welcoming as I'm greeted with friendly smiles. The facilities maintain high levels of cleanliness all throughout from the lash rooms, waiting areas, as well as their restrooms.

Can't say I'm fully disappointed as the facility was clean and calm. Reception was very attentive and informative on the differences between types of lashes. Now why the 2 stars? Disappointed in the results.

At first glance, it looks good. But I was surprised at how fast it took. It took a little less than an hour to finish for a full set Hybrid. I've had lashes done before and it usually takes around 1.5-2 hrs for full set. Now quick and efficient is amazing for us moms. However, not so great for efficiency when it compromises on results and quality.

When I got home, I'm able to see my lashes better. It's way too light to be considered a hybrid set. I paid for a Hybrid but got a Classic fullness at best. I did ask my technician why it didn't look so full. She responded saying that my natural lashes were too light. However I've gotten lashes before and this fullness was not Hybrid level. Additionally, when inspecting, the lashes were not placed evenly and sloppy looking. It looks like I used falsies instead of getting extensions.

I’ve been coming to Lash Touch Studio for years and nobody beats their service and lashes! Jasmine is amazing! They make me feel beautiful!

Frida and Fatima are both great! The customer service is nice. I really enjoy catching a nap and getting my lashes refilled here.

I love Lash Touch Studio Cinco! It’s the only place I will go for lashes. Every time I go, I am welcomed with friendly people and a relaxed environment. Kassandra is my tech and she is WONDERFUL. She does an amazing job and I leave with that pretty/confident feeling every single visit..y’all know what I’m talking about ;>! I also love getting the appointment reminders by text and the flexibility if I have to reschedule (also via text). Thanks so much for everything!

I got a full eyelash set. I got a semi dramatic cat eye and it looks amazing. It came out super beautiful and the technician Mary did amazing. She was very gentle and soft and made sure I was comfortable. The lounge area is very clean and nice as well. Very good prices and definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for good lashes that last a long time. My sets usually last me 3-4 weeks and they are super good looking.
