I live in Dallas but work in Corscicana and needed a second bank for my direct deposit. I have only been with this bank for 5 months and so far they have treated me so well. I have nothing but Positive things to say about this bank. The employees are so Welcoming and the customer service has been superb!!! Greg Olsen and Community National Bank and Trust is "my bank." The service is exceptional and friendly. I opened my acct. with Anita ( very nice lady). She is now @ the Frost branch and is still just as nice. I bank @ this branch, and the staff here are all courteous and friendly.

Charging for paper statements is such a slap in the face. Should just be part of business no matter how high tech the world gets. Especially for a 40 year old account. Cut some big shot bonuses to take care of your customers.

First, could you please update your hours on your website. On Saturday the bank opens up at 8:30 am til noon, but drive thru only. Is the Bank really open on July 4th? You can't go by the website. The staff is very Friendly!

Great staff but the 9$ service fee is annoying, just offer an annual fee or something else.

Anyone else been having issues with the bank charging you twice over the weekend? Happened to me in may and community said it had a blackout weekend.
Money has been missing and Lee from business dept said to find out what's missing and they will replace it. What's the point in putting money into account when the bank doesn't protect it?
I been waiting for a call back all day about this issue.
