Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hearne, an IHG Hotel

Had a great experience. Their continental breakfast was great!!! Service was great. Rooms were perfect!!!!

My family and I absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay at this location. The breakfast was amazing and Mrs. Esmeralda made sure all our needs were met. Housekeeping went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were at tip top shape. The manager of housekeeping that worked Thursday morning Aug 3, 2023 was very caring and understanding in taking care of us.

Had to check-in due to automotive emergency, Kimberly at the front desk was amazing, helpful and made the situation so much more manageable! Great room and walking distance to Mexican food restaurant! Bonus!

Prob the best location, especially if you're in town for ball tournaments. All staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was actually pretty nice, and they kept it going when people were eating. The pool is nice sized and clean. Could use a multi setting shower head as my little boy had a hard time rinsing with the wide spray pattern. I tried adjusting it, but it didn't move.
The parking spots seemed bigger than normal, which is a plus in my book. I like the higher speed limits in TX, but the entrance/exit was sometimes nerve-racking when turning in or out. Kinda a blind spot from the incoming hwy traffic, especially when leaving.

We stay at alot of hotels, I highly recommend this place. Very clean! Hot breakfast was amazing. Very quiet near train tracks but really can't hear them. Staff was very nice..

Clean, amazing service, kind staff. The bed was so comfy and the feather pillows made me sleep very soundly. I loved the shampoo/conditioner/body wash already in shower. The brand was great! Lathered well and the conditioner made my hair feel good. We needed more towels and it felt like they were delivered in a second! Wonderful view out the window. I don't think I can stay at another hotel now!

One of the very few hotels you'll find in the area that hasn't had any bug problems in recent months. And it is very clean and the breakfast is decent.

Lost ring!

Checked in late. Greeted by exceptionally sweet people. Our stay was very comfortable and clean! Leaving out in a rush the next morning I left my wedding ring and heirloom ring on the bathroom counter. The cleaning gentleman (young nice gentleman with curly dark hair) Was cleaning the room and had not even touched them. I’m so thankful the staff members were helpful, kind and honest! Will be staying here again!
