Over the years, I've worked with home contractors for various home projects. Kingfisher is one the best! Chris Dunne, my contact for the job, is very knowledgeable, polite and communicative. In short, he is very professional and a pleasure to work with. The crew came on time and well-prepared. The job went smoothly. There seemed to be harmony among the crew and a general sense of happiness. Now, a day later, it feels like some good karma has roofed the house.

We were able to get insurance money for our damaged roof and decided to use the fund to upgrade to a metal roof with Kingfisher Roofing on a neighbor recommendation. Chris, our sales rep, was prompt, professional and diligent in providing costs, samples, a project plan and excellent service — at one point during tear down, he came out on a Sunday to cover an exposed portion of the roof himself ahead of an impending rainstorm! The team worked quickly and cleanly, making sure our pool and property was devoid of nails or other materials so my dogs or kids would not step on anything. Alex, the owner, was fair in negotiating the overall price, providing additional upgrades, and fixing small issues we were not 100% satisfied with. We highly recommend Kingfisher for your next roofing or siding project, one of the best contractor experiences we've had in our 13 years in Austin.

I had a great experience with Kingfisher. After discovering a small leak due to the age of my roof a friend recommended them to me. David responded to my house quickly, assessed the situation and covered the area with a tarp until my HOA could approve my roof replacement. I have had previous experience with other roofing companies and Kingfisher was by far the most transparent. They explain everything in detail and the communication with my project manager (David) was constant and he made it clear to me that he was always available for any questions. This company made me feel valued and appreciated. I am very happy with my new Class 4 roof!

Reviewed my attic ventilation and improved it! AC no longer blows superheated air the first few seconds. Highly solar reflective singles help with that too.

The team worked together and executed seamlessly. Kingfisher insists on using high quality materials, they don't cut corners, and they make sure all the little details are done correctly. Hidden gotchas are always present on complex jobs, and being able to flexibly adapt is another sign of a professional operation. Absolutely incredible roofing work! The team of men finished my roof in a day! David and AlLeigh are such kind and down to earth humans I felt that they genuinely cared about the longevity and function of my roof while I was just excited to get a new color for my house! Hahahahaha! David also did something to make the heat escape in the summer which will keep the house 10 degrees cooler! I'm so excited!

Kingfisher Roofing and Chris Dunn have renewed my faith that “great customer service” still exists! Our roof was nearly 15 years old, and had survived several Central Texas hailstorms, or so we thought. Chris did an amazingly thorough roof inspection, helped us navigate the insurance claim process, and then patiently explained all our replacement options – we never once felt pressured or rushed on any of the decision steps. The installation crew did a great job as well, especially with clean-up post installation. Chris and the owner dropped by afterwards to thank us for the business and make sure were satisfied with the project!

Kingfisher recently did a roof repair for me. Shingles had blown off my ridge vents because of the way they had been put on during a roofing replacement 3 years ago by another company. Tyson Mabry came to consult with me and he explained my options both verbally and with a visual representation on his laptop. I chose to replace the ridge vents with good quality vents, which required cuts in the decking. This wasn't the cheapest option, but I felt it was the best one and would last the longest. Tyson did not pressure me to take any specific option and he made it easy for me to make a decision. He is kind, honest, and professional, and it was a pleasure working with him. Israel came and did the work and he did a beautiful job, leaving the area around the house neat and clean. They also worked around new gutters I had recently put on, which I appreciated. After the work was done, Tyson sent me photos of the finished product which gave me peace of mind since I can't climb on my roof, and he came by the house a couple days later to answer a few final questions. My previous experience with roofing was not a good one, but Tyson and Israel restored my confidence in working with service professionals. I highly recommend them.

I just want to send my gratitude and thanks to Chris Dunn over at Kingfisher Roofing. He was professional, courteous, showed up on time, and did everything he said he was going to do. With so many contractors to choose from, it was nice that I found Kingfisher Roofing and very lucky that I got to work with Chris.

I actually knew I had some roof damage due to overgrown tree branches + wind storms. In a few places, shingles were scraped and lifted off. One spot was bad enough to expose the wood underneath. I took care of the tree branches, but didn't know what to do about the roofing repairs? In came Kelli McCalla of Kingfisher Roofing! They were working on my neighbor's roof and saw the damage to mine. And, she asked if Kingfisher could help? On the day of the quote, she actually brought out 1 of the owners, as well, and all 3 of us went up on my roof! They gave me quotes for full roof replacement, or an attempted roofing repair. And, I gave them my insurance company policy. In the end, they were able to try a repair on an ageing roof, and it looks great! I was just very, very impressed with their quality, professionalism, and follow-up service. I would recommend them to my neighbors, and... I plan to use them again in the future when the time comes for a full replacement!
