I was in desperate need for a hair make-over as it has been over 5 years since my last proper haircut and almost 2 years since I had it dyed! I saw Cat K's reviews online, and they were so good that I knew I had to go to her for my hair needs. She was so detail oriented, super friendly, and put me at ease for the big haircut I was getting. I would definitely recommend you go to her!

I booked an appt with Cat for 9am. She text me asking to move the appt to a later time. 10:30. Although I was already in the parking lot. I agreed. I showed up at 10:30…waited when she never came out I text to
Confirm I was at the correct location. I was. Cat then text back saying she was now on her way from another town, racing there. I continued to wait. At 11:30 I finally decided to leave. I don’t not recommend Cat at all. Her customer service is HORRIBLE. I had booked her after a neighbor recommended her because I’d been struggling to find a new place after my hairstylist moved. It took at lot to get to my appt that morning including a babysitter. I’m certain this whole situation could have been better had she properly communicated. She did however offer a free service but after the lack of actual service I received, I decided against it.
