Gomez Boot Ranch

Bought some great boots today!! We found this great store after my husband could not find what he liked at other Competitors in town.

Jesus gave 5 star customer service from beginning to end. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. We looked around for a tiny bit and he came and answered all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and explained why he was sizing my husband the way he did. He explained the setup of the store and why they did it that way. If you want a quality pair of boots, skip those other places that don't have anything in stock and come here. My husband has a very hard to find size and nowhere in Austin has what he wanted. We ended up buying an exotic skin that they had in stock and it came with a matching belt. Y'all this is THE hidden gem in round rock. I've shopped 2 places online where I had to return the items then went to several other stores where we were ignored. Y'all have my business and I'm very difficult to win over. I will be back to buy mine and my daughter's boots.

Best boot shop in round rock! Excellent customer service and amazing options in high quality boots. We looked everywhere before we stopped here and we should have come here first. If you don't shop here first you're just wasting your time.

I don't have enough great things to say about these guys. I walked in there on a Wednesday at around 7pm. We had a concert to attend to and my little one did not want to be the only one without a hat (we know absolutely NOTHING about western wear). We went to the kids section where Romel went and introduced himself. He asked us what we were looking for, shape, size, quality etc. We were a bit overwhelmed with all the choices since that wasn't our "world" but Romel simpified it in a way that we could understand. He guided us until we made a decision. He seemed to passionate and knowledgeable about the topic that we ended up staying way longer than expected. We learned so much about this beautiful culture that we ended up buying a belt and a shirt for me. We met Cielo right after and she was amazing too! I was pleasantly surprised to see people who are so passionate about what they do that when they talk to you, they make you fall in love with it too. Thank you both for an amazing experience and introduction to the western world. Customer for life!

Even with all these ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experiences…. buying boots at Gomez was equally special and memorable! (and I’m so happy to have our beeeeeautiful TX souvenirs 🤠 to take home with us)

I was on the hunt for new cowgirl boots. I googled boot stores in the area, visited a couple of them but no luck. I entered Gomez Boot Ranch and received the warmest greeting from Eric and was immediately assisted by Angelo. He listened to what I was looking for and took me directly to some very comfortable, cute boots that I loved. At checkout, Angelo asked my fav color (red) & brought a hat in that color for me to try on. Of course, I loved it so I left with a new hat, too! I highly recommend Gomez Boot Ranch. Their selection of western gear was awesome and the customer service was commendable.

“Great” is an understatement when it comes to Gomez boot ranch. As soon as I walked through the door I was instantly greeted and offered help. Angel is super cool and informative, they have fantastic deals and will absolutely come back.

I do not write many reviews, but I feel compelled after our amazing experience at Gomez Boot Ranch! Angel was kind, fun, professional, knowledgable, and helped my fiancé find the perfect outfit for our wedding! They have so many great boots and western wear which was great but that combined with the top-notch service just made it such an enjoyable experience overall. Cannot recommend this shop enough!

Great place to shop for boots, hats and accessories. Awesome selection. All of the staff were professional and pleasant. Jesus was extremely knowledgeable and offered to shape my hat as well. I'll be back soon the get boots for my wife and daughters. I'd definitely recommend giving them a chance to earn your business.

Highly recommend this store! Was looking for cowgirl boots for a friend visiting from out of town. This was our 4th boot stop and they by far had the beat selection of unique boots. The staff was great and extremely helpful, they also carry a great selection of hats and belts! Skip the bigger boot places and come here!

I had the pleasure of visiting Gomez Boot Ranch while on vacation in Round Rock, Texas. We were immediately greeted by Angel whom was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and styles. I left the store with a brand new pair of Cuadra boots, a beautiful western hat, a wallet and a t- shirt. I purchased a second pair of boots that had to be ordered because my size was out of stock. Angel kept me informed every step of the way and shipped them to my residence in El Paso, Texas. I am thrilled with the quality and look of my new boots! I am beyond happy with the service. Even though there are plenty of quality boot stores in my home town, I will be purchasing my next boots and western wear at Gomez Boot Ranch in Round Rock, Texas.

Love this store with my whole heart and will literally never shop anywhere else. Usually me and my family would go to cavenders but the staff there is always condescending but the staff at Gomez is always exceptional and know what they’re talking about.

It was easy to find and the staff were very friendly. The layout was very nice and was able to get help with finding out the hat fit and the different types of hats and shoes.
